Espn radio host Harry Teinowitz was pulled over at 11:50 Pm on Friday (Mar. 4) in good ole' Skokie, Illinois for "improper lane usage" in his Nissan Murano. The culprit? A blood alcohol level of .131, of course.
Teinowitz was charged with a DUI and released on $1,000 bail.
The 50-year-old took to his Espn 1000's radio show, The Afternoon Saloon, on Tues. to address his troubles
"Before we start the show today, there's something I need to say that's very important -- to me," he begins. "Some of you may have heard about the incident that occurred last Friday night. I made a horrible mistake in judgment and I take full responsibility for my actions."
Continuing, "I let my family down. I let you guys, the listeners who I love, down. I let the company that I work for down. And I'm deeply sorry."
