Iron Man star Terrence Howard is moving on from his bitter divorce battle - he's reportedly dating aspiring actress Erica Taylor.
The Oscar nominee has been embroiled in a legal wrangle with his estranged wife Michelle Ghent since she filed for divorce in February, 2011 - days after the couple celebrated its first wedding anniversary.
She was granted a protective order against Howard in December after claiming he hurt her during their short marriage, and on Tuesday a judge ordered the actor to pay her $50,000 (£31,250) in temporary support.
But Howard is refusing to let the nasty split taint his search for love and he was spotted in "high spirits" at a pre-Oscars party in Hollywood on Tuesday evening with Taylor on his arm, according to the New York Daily News.
And the couple never left each other's side - a source tells the newspaper, "When she went somewhere, so did he."
Taylor featured in a 2009 episode of hit TV series Entourage and she had an uncredited role in Jim Carrey's The Truman Show.

Night of the Little Dead is a movie we've been watching for a while now, and today they sent over the official trailer for the film. The movie has a really impressive cast including Penn Jillette, Bill Moseley, Adam Savage, Martin Klebba, Erica Taylor, Gary Morgan, Aye Jaye, and James Hurley. The movie is directed by Ezekiel Zabrowski and Frank Ippolito and with a tagline like "It's the little things that getcha" I can't wait to see this!

This morning "Face/Off" reality television star and filmmaker/FX maestro Frank Ippolito chatted up his horror short Night of the Little Dead on Kroq’s "Kevin and Bean" radio show, so we thought it high time to bring you the first look at two new trailers for the film as well as a handful of exclusive monster-centric stills of the titular creature.
Shot during our set visit (read it here) this past January, the photos below were snapped as actor Martin Klebba underwent the process of being transformed into the film's diminutive antagonist (as designed by Charlie Chiodo).
Co-directed by Ippolito and Ezekiel Zabrowski, Night of the Little Dead stars Bill Moseley (The Devil’s Rejects), Adam Savage (of the series "Mythbusters"), comedian Penn Jillette, James Hurley, Erica Taylor, Gary Morgan, Aye Jaye, and the previously mentioned Klebba and revolves around a group of rural unfortunates who find themselves...

Dread hit the set of actor Danny DeVito’s then-shooting horror short Skin Deep this past February 19th and spent some time chatting with filmmaker/FX artist and reality star Frank Ippolito, who was on hand to provide the makeup gags required of the supernatural flick.
At the time filming at the Lampoon Mansion in the Hollywood Hills, writer and director DeVito’s "Splattercut" short film (as he refers to them) is yet another addition to his growing library of horror shorts (yes, DeVito’s a horror fan and filmmaker), and eventually Skin Deep will be streamed at his website The Blood Factory (where you can currently view his other genre works).
Speaking with Ippolito - as DeVito guided Skin Deep’s leads, Erica Taylor (Night of the Little Dead) and David Margulies (Ghostbusters, "The Sopranos"), along with myriad extras through the Hollywood party scene being shot on the fourth...
