- Ada Svedin was born on January 2, 1900 in Berlin, Germany. She was an actress, known for Das Mädel von Pontecuculi (1924), Das Kussverbot (1920) and Miss Venus (1921). She died on July 10, 1975 in Berlin, Germany.
- The actress Ada Svedin grew up in Berlin and made early first experiences with the life of artists by her father who was a composer and musician. But for the time being Ada Svedin did not enter an artistic career but earned her first money as a secretary at the German bank in Brussels.
- When she returned to Berlin she was spotted for the film by Ludwig Czerny by chance and he engaged her for his movies in which she impersonated leading roles at the first go. To her first movies belong "Melodie des Herzens" (1919), "Das Nachttelegramm" (1919) and "Das Caviar-Mäuschen" (1919).
- After her marriage with Ludwig Czerny she continued her film career in the 20's but retired from the film business in 1924.
