Jessica is an accomplished theater actress in New York and has been
performing in plays on and off Broadway for the last 20 years. Her
Broadway credits include "Anything Goes" with Sutton Foster, "Butley"
with Nathan Lane, "The Odd Couple"
with Nathan Lane and
Matthew Broderick, "Smell of
the Kill" with Claudia Shear, "Design For
Living" with Alan Cumming and
Dominic West, "How to Succeed..." with
John Stamos and "Grease" with
Rosie O'Donnell. Off-Broadway credits:
"Crimes of the Heart" directed by
Kathleen Turner, "Krisit", "The
Country Club", "June Moon", "Tenderloin" and "Babes in Arms". She has
performed in Regional Theaters all over the country including the
Huntington Theater Company, Mark Taper Forum, GeVa, the McCarter and
six seasons at the Williamstown Theater Festival. Favorite productions
include "She Stoops to Conquer", "She Loves Me", "Springtime For
Henry", "Betty's Summer Vacation", "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "The
Cherry Orchard". Jessica is particularly excited to be the voice of
"Mrs. Sparklenose", a new character on
Sesame Street (1969), that made
her debut in the fall of 2009. Not only has Jessica worked with some of
the finest directors working in the theater today including
Joe Mantello,
Michael Greif and Nicholas Martin but she
has begun a directing career as well. She directed an all-male
production of "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" and a
revival of Neil Simon's 'Last of the Red Hot Lovers" at the
Williamstown Theater Festival, both to critical acclaim.
