WATCHMEN THE BOOK IS NOT ABOUT THE DISECTION OF SUPERHERO FILMS FROM 2000-2009...ITS A DISECTION OF SUPERHERO BOOKS OF THE 1940-1960S,WHICH ARE NOTHING LIKE SUPERHERO FILMS NOW.
I KNEW ZACK WOULD NOT GET THIS,AFTERALL ALL HE'S EVER DONE WAS THE HOLLOW DAWN OF THE DEAD AND 300,2 MOVIES WITH ZERO SUBSTANCE...AND WATCHMEN IS 100% SUBSTANCE.
