A day your car broke down, when you had to go to an interview. What if a stranger gave you that helping hand? No questions asked and in return, didn’t ask for money or a favour. Just that you help another when the chance came to you. Would you? Jai Ho shows us how a common man that left his army life, takes on the fight to help humanity, and for a bit of masala, bashes a few bad guys along the way.

With this film Arbaaz Khan has debuted as a director. The film’s plot has been written by Dilip Shukla. Arbaaz had earlier specified that only his brother could play Chulbul Pandey, whereas Salm...

The new film Alert, a psychological suspense thriller directed by South Indian director Sojan Joseph started filming in Goa on Tuesday. Produced by Hennry and written by Dilip Shukla (Dabangg), the film stars Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Kabir Bedi, Anupam Kher, Mohan Kapur and Saurabh Shukla.
Raveena is raving about the script: “It’s a movie about six people who are trapped in a situation and struggling to get out of it”, she said. The actress also said she is really looking forward to work again with her “childhood crush” Sanjay Dutt with whom she has starred in many films in the 90’s, like Aatish, Zamane Sa Kya Darna and Jeena Marna Tere Sang.
Viveck Vaswani (“I am consultant, casting director, servant all rolled into one”) is thrilled about the first days on the sets in Goa. “What an absolutely brilliant performance Sanjay Dutt is giving in Alert! Big monologues in single takes!
