- Doug Scott lived in Kansas City, MO all his life. He attended Catholic Schools kindergarten through twelfth grade. It was during his time in school that he became an actor. After a very short stint in acting, Doug Scott attended and graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition to his two (TV Movie) acting credits, he appeared in many national and local (Kansas City) T.V. commercials.
