As we previously reported, none of the notes that Tony Scott (Top Gun) left for family and friends before committing suicide explain the reason for why he decided to take his own life. TMZ now got its hands on Scott's will, which also doesn't hint at much, besides that he still loved his family during his last day on earth. According to the will, Scott left everything to the Tony Scott Family Trust, which was established in 2004. The beneficiaries of the trust are his wife Donna W. Scott and his 12-year-old twins Max and Frank. What's interesting is that the value of Scott's entire estate is listed at only $1,250,000, which is a bit surprising considering the amount of blockbusters he's directed and how many films and TV shows he produced. There's a few ways to look at this. The family fund may already have had some money in there. But at the same time,...

In the aftermath of the suicide of movie director Tony Scott, Hollywood and his fans are trying to discover what reason the 68-year-old had for taking his own life. Police have confirmed that two suicide notes written by Scott were found: one was inside his parked Prius automobile and contained a list of people that Tony Scott wanted to be quickly informed of his death, and the other was discovered at his office. The second suicide note is said to state Scott's reasons for taking his own life.
This morning ABC's Good Morning America ran a report allegedly from a source that knew Scott stating that the Days of Thunder and Top Gun director had inoperable brain cancer, and that was the reason he committed suicide. "The most frightening thing I do in my life is getting up and shooting movies," said the director Tony Scott in 2009. "Every morning I'm bolt upright on one hour or two hours' sleep, before the alarm clock goes off. That's a good thing. That fear motivates me, and I enjoy that fear. I'm perverse in that way." Scott's take on film-making as an adrenalised, intimidating experience in itself was reflected in the tone and pace of his box-office hits, which included Top Gun (1986), Beverly Hills Cop II (1987) and Days of Thunder (1990).
A lover of fast cars and motorbikes on the screen and off, and a lifelong rock climber, Scott was adept at injecting thrills into his slick films. This approach rarely brought him critical acclaim and his movies were sometimes unfavourably compared with the more ambitious, philosophical works...

What absolutely terrible news to start the week with. Tony Scott was a director whose work defined our lexicon of movies. He was responsible for films like Top Gun, Beverly Hills Cop II, Crimson Tide, Enemy of the State, Days of Thunder and so many more. He was also the younger brother of filmmaker Ridley Scott, with whom he ran a very successful TV production company. Robert Pattinson is good at everything — even kissing! The 24-year-old actor is promoting his new film Water For Elephants while his co-stars are boasting about his amazing make-out skills. Donna Scott plays Barbara, the burlesque dancer who gets to kiss Rob in the flick, tells Popsugar.com that Rob isn’t too shabby.
“Rob, on a scale of one to ten, is a ten. He’s got luscious lips, and he’s so sweet, and he’s a tender person.
But it turns out Rob was definitely nervous right before their intimate scene!
“It’s really funny, because Rob is so … Rob,” Donna says. “And even though he’s a huge heartthrob movie star, he’s so genuine. I figured since he was a megastar that he’d be like,...

Donna Scott has a role millions of women would kill for in Water For Elephants. As bawdy burlesque dancer Barbara, she initiates Robert Pattinson's character into the circus - sexually! We chatted with the mother of two and wife of director Tony Scott this weekend, just before she headed out to the theater to see the movie for the first time. She talked about shooting under the big top with Robert and Reese Witherspoon, how Rob's family helps him handle his unprecedented fame, and filming her slightly awkward sexy scene with him! She also told us about training with a tassel-twirling expert for her risqué role, and what happened when a trio of zebras got loose on set and sent her, Reese, Rob, and Christoph Waltz ducking for cover. Tell us a little bit about your character, Barbara. She's a sideshow coochie dancer, a burlesque dancer, definitely targeted to...

Now that "The Twilight Saga" has wrapped filming and the end is officially upon us, can we be expecting more Pda from on and off-screen lovers Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart?
The two engaged in a rare public smooch at R-Patz "Water for Elephants" New York premiere (it was caught on camera!) and now a certain co-star is speaking up on the romance.
"He is madly in love with her!" "Wfe" co-star Donna W. Scott tells Us Magazine of the love birds. Scott shares an on-screen lip-lock of her own with the actor as Barbara, a bawdy circus performer.
Us also spoke with an unnamed witness (of course) to the couple's New York City smooch who described it as "a long, slow kiss." Adding that, "You could tell they'd been waiting all night. They were very affectionate."
How cute -- But can they make it work after leaving the franchise that brought them together?...

At the Water for Elephants premiere Sunday night we interviewed the lovely Donna Scott, who plays Barbara in the movie. Without revealing too many spoilers, Barbara is one of the racier ladies lurking in the circus tents, and gets it on with a very drunk Jacob (Robert Pattinson). Donna gave us the deets on what it’s like kissing the “lovely” actor and told us that “every scene with Rob is an infamous scene.” Don’t we know it, Donna!
As for shooting that one scene where things get a little hot, heave and naked between Barbara and Jacob, she says, “Rob was more uncomfortable than I was!” Awwww, how sweet. Clip above.

After spending time posing and taking pictures with fans, Robert talked to MTV News about the premiere. Asked about how the premiere different from "Twilight" premieres, Rob said with a laugh, "Well, not that different." He added, "They weren't very scream-y. They were very nice fans."
During the occasion, Robert also admitted that he had to run away from his "Breaking Dawn" filming. "It was a mad rush to get here," so he said. As three people took him away from the set, Robert said that the crew pled, "Come on, we need, like, one more shot!"
Reese Witherspoon and Christoph Waltz were among other cast members hitting the red carpet. Reese came in her gorgeous dress by Jason Wu.

We are now home after a fun – and exhausting – afternoon on the Water for Elephants red carpet. We will have video up asap of our interviews with Christoph Waltz, Hal Holbrook, Francis Lawrence (aka @hibbits, aka Dilf), Donna Scott and Ken Foree, but until then enjoy this little breakdown of our day!
We arrived at press check in at 3:45 and had an awesome spot on the red carpet (Thanks, Fox!). First thing us press peeps noticed was the massive amount of fans packed in across the street waiting for Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon’s arrival. We covered the Remember Me and Eclipse premieres in New York and Los Angeles, respectively, and the fan frenzy is always the same for Rob. In interviews he very humbly chalks up his popularity to the character of Edward Cullen, but we think it might be time for the guy to realize the...

At this year’s furniture fair, the stitched and artisanal rally against mass production.
When the Milan Furniture Fair opens next week in the preposterously grand fairgrounds on the city outskirts, 200,000 designers, editors and buyers with iPhones at the ready will prowl in buddy-system teams among half a dozen exhibition halls crammed with polycarbonate chairs, laser cut tables and other mass-produced furniture. Northern Italy prides itself on its furniture industry, and selling it is what this fair is largely about. But in the absence of a driving design movement, visitors will see a conspicuous increase in stitching, embroidery and other hand-crafted items as designers react against mass-market globalism and tune into a new appreciation for homespun virtues. Tiring of stylistic tricks with a glossy sheen, the design community is gravitating to simpler qualities with a personal touch, like the traditionally woven poufs (above) by Donna Wilson.
