Byron Allen's Entertainment Studios has picked up the North American rights to the Keanu Reeves sci-fi thriller Replicas.
Replicas takes place after a car accident kills the loving family of a daring neuroscientist — who will stop at nothing to bring them back.
Jeffrey Nachmanoff directed the feature, which also stars Alice Eve. Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Stephen Hamel porduced, along with Reeves, Mark Gao and Luis Riefkohl.
Bill Johnson and Jim Seibel for Lotus Entertainment executive produced, along with Nik Bower, James Dodson, Deepak Nayar, Maxime Remillard, Clark Peterson, Walter Josten and Erik Howsam of Di Bonaventura Pictures.

Principal photography has got underway on the sci-fi thriller starring Keanu Reeves and Alice Eve as it emerged that London and La-based Riverstone Pictures will co-finance with Remstar Studios.

Andrew Fleming, who reunites with his Hamlet 2 star Coogan, directs what is the first project co-financed by Remstar Films’ sister company Remstar Studios alongside the National Bank Of Canada.

Effective immediately, Universal will distribute Remstar Film’s slate kicking off with Jobs on Blu-ray and DVD on November 26.
The roster includes Don Jon and Dallas Buyers Club.
“With our recent theatrical releases and upcoming line-up, we are looking forward to presenting quality films to the audience nationwide.
