Reacher’s back, and he is fixin’ for a fight with whomever murdered one of his old Army pals.
Season 2 of Prime Video’s Reacher (the first three episodes are now streaming) opened with the Xxl wanderer navigating his latest rotation of clothes at a thrift shop when he gets word, via a coded bank deposit amount, to check in with former team member Neagley (played again by Season 1 returnee Maria Sten). Learning that one of their colleagues from the 110th MP Special Investigations Unit has been murdered, Reacher makes tracks for New York, meeting up with Neagley in a Brooklyn diner.

It’s only about two minutes and 25 seconds, yet it remains the single best thing Eli Roth has ever done. Tucked right in the middle of Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino’s ambitious, mondo-grimy Grindhouse (2007) is a trailer for a fake movie called Thanksgiving. You probably remember it, if you remember much about that wax Forty-Deuce museum with a pulse. It’s the end of November, someone is murdering horny teens, kind old ladies and, er, hornier teens in the town of Plymouth, Massachusetts. The killer is dressed like a pilgrim.

The director and screenwriter of "Thanksgiving" — Eli Roth and Jeff Rendell, respectively — have been very vocal about the fact that Thanksgiving seems to be a holiday with vast untapped potential as fodder for horror films, slasher movies in particular. After all, Halloween and Christmas are well-trodden as body count fare and even lesser holidays like Independence Day have their memorable slashers. Poor Turkey Day has only one; though "Blood Rage" is a pretty fantastic little indie that everyone should make a part of their yearly traditions, it uses Thanksgiving as a side dish rather than the main course.
So, Roth and Rendell were determined to fill this void themselves, and 2007's "Grindhouse" project by Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino gave them just the opportunity they needed. Adding a few days onto the "Hostel Part II" shoot, Roth shot a faux trailer for "Thanksgiving" in the Grindhouse manner, making it look...

A new extended trailer for Reacher Season 2 has been shared, revealing the latest chapter in the eponymous character’s action-focused mystery.
The show follows Jack Reacher, a soldier of the United States Army, as he travels the country, uncovering various conspiracies along the way.
Reacher Season 2 | Official Trailer
The trailer opens up the Season 2 story, in which Reacher and his former Army colleagues are targeted by a secret organization that killed one of their friends. The action-packed, explosive trailer offers even more outrageous action than in season one.
The upcoming season of the action program will be based on the eleventh book in the Jack Reacher series, Bad Luck and Trouble. This means that the show will not follow the novels in the sequence in which they took place, allowing for new topics to become important in the series. It also makes the program more unexpected since anything from the...

Gear up for a new season of Amazon’s breakout action hit Reacher, which is based on the popular novels by Lee Child that served as the basis for Tom Cruise’s attempted franchise, Jack Reacher. Although Cruise’s film adaptation was able to capitalize with the sequel, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, Prime Video’s Reacher series aimed to stick closer to the novels and presents a new case for each season. For example, major characters from season one, like Roscoe and Oscar Finlay, will not play prominent roles in this season. Prime Video has just released the teaser for tomorrow’s premiere for the trailer to season 2 of the Alan Ritchson-starring drama.
According to ScreenRant, “Reacher season 2 will be based on Child’s book Bad Luck and Trouble, the 11th book in the ongoing series. In the book, Reacher is contacted by someone from his former military unit,...

Growing up in Northern California, Max Thieriot was keen on firefighters. So, as he starred on “Seal Team,” he started writing “Fire Country,” a drama that follows a young convict who joins a prison release firefighting program to help with wildfires. When Bode Donovan (Thieriot) is assigned to work in his hometown, things become more complicated.
“It certainly started from a purely firefighting CalFire standpoint and what that would look like, but the inmate firefighter program was always going to be something that would be involved in the show,” he tells Variety. “Because of growing up up in Northern California, it was normal, everyday life for me, seeing conservation camp crews work alongside the highway and on the fire lines driving around. Then I realized folks that aren’t from up there, specifically, didn’t really know this was a thing a few years ago.”

Hey, "NCIS" fans. We can imagine that you guys are wondering where in the hell is the new episode 18 at? It did not air last night, March 20, 2018. Instead, CBS aired a couple of reruns which were episodes 11 titled, "High Tides" and episode 12 titled, "Dark Secrets." For some unknown reason, the show took a break last night, but we do have good news. We've been informed that the next, new episode 18 is indeed scheduled to hit the airwaves next Tuesday night, March 27, 2018 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on CBS. So, be sure to mark that important date down on your TV show calendars. CBS recently revealed their official press release for the upcoming NCIS 18th episode of the current season 15. The press release includes a teaser description of the episode along with its title and other fun facts. The title for episode 18 is labeled, "Death From Above." That certainly sounds like a pretty dark title.

"You're a time bomb. Ever since the day you were born." LevelFILM has released the first official trailer for a gritty crime thriller titled Juggernaut, the feature directorial debut of Australian filmmaker Daniel Dimarco. This play at a few smaller festivals last year, but has mostly gone under the radar until now. Juggernaut stars Jack Kesy (seen Baywatch, 12 Strong, Death Wish) as a small town outlaw who returns to his hometown, violently obsessed with the notion that his mother's death was not a suicide. The full cast includes Amanda Crew, David Cubitt, Stephen McHattie, Peter McRobbie, Ty Olsson, and Matty Finochio. This is a damn good trailer, very moody with a few cool shots, I'm quite curious about this now. Here's the first official trailer (+ poster) for Daniel Dimarco's Juggernaut, direct from YouTube: After discovering the news that his mother has taken her life, Saxon Gamble returns home,...

"I refuse to accept the end of man." 20th Century Fox has revealed one final trailer for the new War for the Planet of the Apes movie, directed again by Matt Reeves, continuing (and likely ending) this latest trilogy of Apes movies. The last trailer for this is one of my favorite trailers this year so far, and this movie is most #1 most anticipated of the year (followed by Blade Runner 2049, The Last Jedi, and Dunkirk). Andy Serkis returns to play Caesar, and the cast includes Woody Harrelson as his adversary, the Colonel. Also starring Judy Greer as Cornelia, Max Lloyd-Jones as Blue Eyes, plus Steve Zahn, Chad Rook, Ty Olsson, Aleks Paunovic and Sara Canning. I'm completely sold on this movie already, so I don't need to see any more. But this is an superb trailer that plays up the epic feeling of this man vs ape war.

"Apes. Together. Strong." 20th Century Fox has launched the second official trailer for the new War for the Planet of the Apes movie, directed again by Matt Reeves, continuing (and perhaps ending) the new trilogy of Apes movies. After the tensions kept building in the first two movies, this time it's an all out war between humans and apes. The first trailer for this was amazing, one of my favorite trailers from last year, but this one is even better, and I am pretty much losing my mind with excitement over this. The footage looks awesome - all the action, and Caesar seriously pissed. Here's the second official trailer for...

12 Rounds 3: Lockdown continues the long-running franchise with yet another WWE superstar given the chance to headline. This time round we have Dean Ambrose, a wrestler known for his anarchic, unstable nature who doesn’t play by the rules. And that’s essentially the same character he plays here – only this time his character, Shaw, also happens to be a cop. The only good cop in his precinct it would seem, given just how many men Shaw’s former partner turned nemesis, Burke, brings with him to take on Shaw!
Essentially another Die Hard clone (as were the first two movies), 12 Rounds 3 sees Shaw, following the death of his partner, finally return to active duty.

(Cbr) Few actors craft a villain like Mark Pellegrino does: As Jacob, he tormented Jack and the other survivors over four seasons of "Lost"; as Lucifer, Pellegrino made the Winchesters’ lives a living hell on "Supernatural"; and on "Being Human", his dead Bishop continues to haunt poor Aidan. That’s not even mentioning his devilish roles on "Dexter" and "Revolution". But these days, viewers can catch Pellegrino hunting down and killing super-powered adolescents as Jedikiah Price on The CW drama "The Tomorrow People". The ruthless head of a secret organization called Ultra, Jedikiah wants nothing more than to annihilate the next step in evolution, these Tomorrow People, before they rise up and wipe out the inferior human race. However, those goals have become increasingly complicated: His nephew Stephen (Robbie Amell) is one of the Tomorrow People, and so is Jedikiah’s lover Morgan (Carly Pope). Plus, Ultra’s enigmatic top dog,...

This review contains spoilers.
1.10 The Citadel
Every week, The Tomorrow People opens up with a recap of the show's general premise. There are some credits, then they immediately jump to a “previously on” montage before actually starting the episode. We see probably four or five minutes of catching-up plot drippings on a weekly basis. Usually, this isn't necessary because at this point most people who watch the show have been watching it from the beginning and a simple recap would be enough.
For once, The Tomrrow People opens with a refresher course that's actually necessary, considering the fact that the show's been off the air for a month while the Christmas holidays happened and most of America's attention turned to other,...

Supernatural, Season 8, Episode 19: “Taxi Driver”
Written by Brad Buckner and Eugenie Ross-Leming
Directed by Guy Norman Bee
Airs Wednesdays at 9pm (Et) on CW
For most of Supernatural’s run, the Winchester brothers have found themselves on the reactionary end of things, racing to stop threats and avenge loved ones with the entities they’re fighting, from Azazel to the Leviathan, staying one step ahead most of the time. Closing the gates to Hell, however, marks a rare instance where the brothers are proactive, as they have been able to go about their actions with Crowley and Naomi, the main antagonistic forces, trying to catch up to them, rather than the other way around. This has put Sam and Dean in a unique position, but one that comes with its own set of challenges, compounded by the fact that the actions themselves are uncharted territory.

Chicago – There are so many lens flares in the hazy, visually drab “Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome” that it looks like J.J. Abrams sneezed on the lens. And that’s not all “Galactica” creators Michael Taylor and David Eick took as inspiration from Abrams’ slickly generic yet crowd-pleasing “Star Trek” installments. Yet this latest attempt at rebooting the beloved sci-fi franchise is a complete misfire.
Originally proposed as the premise for a gaming system, the plot for “Blood & Chrome” emerged as the potential pilot for a new “Galactica” program (thankfully, SyFy opted against the idea). Going in the polar opposite direction of Eick’s superbly crafted, woefully short-lived prequel series, “Caprica,” “B&C” favors jittery handheld camerawork and derivative action set-pieces over provocative ideas and compelling characters. All that unites the two shows is their irritating overuse of the fearsome F-word, “frak,” which is perhaps the least amusing running gag in television history.

For several seasons, "Supernatural" boys Sam and Dean Winchester have had a troubled relationship. At one point, they seemed destined to go down fighting on opposite sides of the war between Heaven and Hell, but after countless fights and deep betrayals, they've emerged once again as brothers with a common goal. In last week's episode, "Trial and Error," they seemed closer than ever as Dean confessed that he dreams of a happy future for Sam and Sam swore that he believed in Dean's ability to live through their latest battle.
It was quite touching, really. But can they continue to see eye-to-eye as Sam faces the trials from God in his attempt to close the gates of hell for good?
Jared Padalecki tells us that there's a potential for the trials to cause a little bit of trouble between them, because once again, Sam and Dean aren't being entirely honest with each other.

To fans of CW’s Supernatural, actress Felicia Day is lady leftist lesbian Charlene “Charlie” Bradbury, a hacker extraordinaire with gamer and fangirl tendencies. Case in point, she has a rather unique tattoo that involves Princess Leia, her infamous bikini and a 20-sided die. She’s a geek godddess and she’s coming back for her third caper with the brothers Winchester.
Just this month Sam and Dean were investigating some murders within the LARPing community and were pleasantly surprised to find the Queen of Moondoor was their old friend Charlie. Director: Nick Copus. Writer: Daniel Loflin. Cast: Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Ty Olsson, Liane Balaban, Jon Gries, Kathleen Munroe, Paul Campbell and Chad Rook. This season of "Supernatural" is showing that plenty of loose cannons are looking at Sam and Dean Winchester for support in one way or another. But that is not the case for Benny (Ty Olsson). In the episode, "Citizen Fang," he's trying to live a simple life. But that will not happen when there is a rogue vampire out to create a new nest and he wants Benny to be part of it. That includes killing some innocents along the way until Benny relents. That draws the Winchester's attention and a mentally unstable Martin Creaser (Jon Gries), an old friend of the Winchester family. In an interesting revision of how the brothers tend to treat their prey, Sam is out to kill and Dean wants to protect Benny.
