With “Dancing with the Stars” set to come back for a 33rd season this fall, there’s a long list of celebrities who deserve to compete. Three of my past suggestions actually did end up cast on the show: Frankie Muniz (who placed third in season 25), Kel Mitchell (who placed second on season 28), and Jamie Lynn Spears (who was the second to be eliminated last season). Below is a list of male celebs I think the show should consider to vie for the next Mirror Ball Trophy. Do you agree with my picks? Check them out below, then vote in our poll at the bottom of this post to let us know which you’d most like to see on “DWTS.” And let us know in the comments what other stars you would like to see when the show comes back in September.

On David X. Cohen and Matt Groening's 31st-century sci-fi sitcom "Futurama," the world's citizens are hooked on a high-octane ultra-soap-opera called "All My Circuits," a long-running TV series starring a cast of mostly robots. The main character in "All My Circuits" is a tall, egocentric blowhard named Calculon who is constantly discovering evil twins, engaging in robotic infidelities, and discovering multiple personalities. In a strange metanarrative twist, the Calculon on "All My Circuits" is played by a robot ... that also happens to be named Calculon, and also happens to be an egocentric blowhard.
In reality, Calculon is played by veteran voice actor Maurice Lamarche, one of the best voice actors currently working. Maurice Lamarche plays Calculon with a bloviating confidence that only seems to infect famous actors. Calculon eventually reveals that he is many hundreds of years old, and changes his identity every few decades. In previous lives, he...

Two TV events are synonymous with Thanksgiving: the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and The National Dog Show. You hear those words and can almost smell the sweet, savory aroma of a Thanksgiving meal being prepared. The 2022 National Dog Show will take place from 12-2 p.m. in all timezones on Thursday, November 24 on NBC. TV personality, author, and Broadway star John O’Hurley returns as host with expert analyst and American Kennel Club-licensed judge David Frei. NBC correspondent and sports broadcasting Hall of Famer Mary Carillo will give reports from backstage and on the competition floor. This year, three new American Kennel Club-sanctioned breeds will be introduced to viewers — Russian Toy (toy group), the Bracco Italiano (sporting group), and the Mudi (herding group) — making the total breeds and varieties eligible for competition 212. In 2021, Claire the Scottish Deerhound became the first dog in the show’s 20-year history to have back-to-back wins.

Thanks to syndication, streaming services, and social media, Seinfeld has maintained a level of pop-culture relevance that most series only dream of achieving. With a resurgence of game shows on primetime television, “To Tell the Truth” made a fantastic comeback with ABC in 2016. Its latest reimagination, hosted by the beloved “Black-ish” star Anthony Anderson alongside Mama Doris, has captivated audiences.
If you’re looking for an entertaining game show to tune in to with your family or friends, you can enjoy the revival of this classic on ABC on Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. Alternatively, if you prefer streaming online, you can find the latest seasons and episodes on ABC and Hulu. Finally, if you’re interested in watching some of the initial seasons, you can buy them on Amazon Prime Video.
The show features a panel of four celebrities and three contestants. Of the three contestants, one plays the real character while the other two play impostors. Before the game begins, the host reads aloud something unusual about the real character that makes them identifiable.

Carrie Ann Inaba has a belated apology for Kelly Monaco. In an interview celebrating the 15th anniversary of “Dancing with the Stars'” series premiere, which was Monday, the judge was taken aback by the “abrasive” critique she gave Monaco for her debut dance.
After the “General Hospital” star performed a waltz with partner Alec Mazo, Inaba sternly told her, “Kelly, I didn’t enjoy your dancing. You looked very stiff and you looked very refined. I appreciated your carriage, but it was very stiff. And it wasn’t enjoyable to watch.”
The audience immediately booed Inaba, who now says she didn’t realize how harsh she had come off.
“I was like, Whoa, damn, Carrie Ann! Damn!” Inaba told Yahoo Entertainment. “I was shocked at how abrasive the words sounded once they came out of my mouth because I was meaning them with, like, compassion, but they didn’t come out with compassion.

Hey, "The Blacklist" fans. Unfortunately, we don't have great news for you guys tonight, November 29, 2019. It turns out that NBC has opted to delay the airing of the next, new episode 9 of this current season 7 of the Blacklist's line of episodes in favor of airing something else. This could be due to the Thanksgiving holiday situation. We're not sure. What we are sure of is that you will be able to watch the new episode 9 next Friday night, December 6, 2019 in its regular 7 pm central time slot on NBC of course. So, certainly be sure to jot down that very important date and time on your TV show schedules. So, what is NBC airing instead of The Blacklist tonight. According to the TV Guide listings, NBC is airing the "The National Dog Show" from 7 pm to 9 pm central standard time. NBC's official description for "The National Dog Show" reads like this,...

Hey, "Days Of Our Lives" fans. We are back at you with this brand new article. Unfortunately, this article contains some bad news. As most of you know, the holiday season is upon us. To be specific, the Thanksgiving holiday is upon us. In fact, it lands on Thursday, November 28, 2019, and NBC has elected not to air a new episode of "Days Of Our Lives" on Thanksgiving day. It gets worse though. NBC also decided to go ahead and throw the Friday after Thanksgiving into the mix. So, that means "Days Of Our Lives" will officially be Mia (Missing In Action) on both this Thursday November 28, 2019 and Friday, November 29, 2019. But don't worry, Days Of Our Lives will be back in action on Monday, December 2, 2019 in its same 12 pm central time slot on NBC of course. So, be sure to mark down that very important date on your TV show calendars.

In 2005. Bwahahahaha. In a couple of weeks, TV (The Book) will be in stores (though you can pre-order it now), featuring my and Matt Zoller Seitz's top 100 list of American TV shows and essays extolling their greatness. Most of the book was assembled with a Talmudic level of thoroughness. But scattered throughout are some shorter, sillier lists, which we assembled more on instinct and/or what made us laugh in the moment, on subjects like TV's best spies, best mustaches, and most important articles of clothing. Two of those lists involve TV's best and worst bosses, and a friend who has an advance copy asked me yesterday to go even more granular and rank the various Seinfeld bosses (considering only people who stuck around a while, as opposed to poor Mr. Tomasulo, who gave George a handicap-accessible bathroom). I didn't overthink it, but just went with my gut, and this is what resulted.

For four seasons, John O'Hurley played the theatrically serious clothing magnate (and Elaine Benes' boss) J. Peterman on Seinfeld. His character spoke with unapologetic pomposity as he attempted to inject the workplace with a sense of wonder and adventure, often to Elaine's chagrin. It was a fun role for the actor – "I played like a mix of Forties radio drama combined with a little bit of a bad Charles Kurault," he says with a verve similar to his character's – who was surprised when he arrived on set to learn that J.
