The Waiter from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia might just be the most underappreciated comic actor on television — even a die-hard Always Sunny fan will claim that they’ve never seen that man in their life.
An oft-overlooked factor in the winning formula that makes It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia a record-breakingly successful sitcom is that series stars and co-producers Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton and Charlie Day are unmatched in their ability to find the perfect actors to fill the show’s many supporting roles. Not every actor can handle the chaotic, improvisational chemistry of the average It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia scene, and quick-thinking, creative performers tend to fare better on the series than the robots who can only ever stick to the script. As such, it’s only fitting that the all-time greatest It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia bit-part performer is a seasoned improvisational comedian who is so...

Collaboration in comedy can be hard. The genre is largely subjective and funny people have differing perspectives on what is and isn’t funny. But what about when one comedic collaborator is an apple that hasn’t fallen too far from the other’s comedy tree, so to speak?
Such is the case with the new Audible podcast series Summer in Argyle. First developed and written by Nate Odenkirk, then punched up, rewritten, and produced with the assistance of his quite notable father, Bob Odenkirk, Summer in Argyle is a generational Odenkirk-ian effort. The father-son duo worked on the project during the height of the pandemic, turning the already fraught creative process into more intense of a beast.
“You know, it’s risky. You’re locked down. You’re in the house. You can’t leave. Plus, he’s my son,” Bob Odenkirk tells Den of Geek. “But I had...

In the Us, the Innocence Project has freed 260 people imprisoned for crimes they did not commit – and inspired a new film starring Hilary Swank. In the UK the work is just beginning, but the lawyers who only take the most desperate cases of injustice have a first victory in their sights...
It was, in the words of the judge presiding over the case, a "brutal and undignified death". A 79-year-old woman, Joan Albert, had been stabbed in a sudden, savage and brutal attack, her body found in the hallway of her Suffolk home on 16 December 2001. The pensioner had, police believed, been murdered during a burglary that had gone wrong.
Following months of investigations and forensic tests, the man charged with the murder was a 25-year-old office worker named Simon Hall. Hall claimed he was innocent: on the night of the murder he had been out drinking seven miles from Albert's...

Okay, so I’m with the majority here. This show is funny. I’ve been watching David Blaine’s Street Magic since the beginning and waiting with anticipation as new eps come out. And the stalwart casting of Mitch Stilpa as David Blaine and Mikey Day (Kath & Kim) as Idiot One and Michael Naughton as Idiot Two is the bread and butter of this show. The three La comedy vets make up Groundlings-trained Those Lil Rabbits, who's channel on YouTube is definitely worth checking out. This show is like comfort food for me, ham and cheese, I know what I’m coming for and I know I’m gonna like it. But then they go and try to fix what ain’t broke. (Sorry 'Zaoza,' you seem like a person, but you gotta go.) But before we get into that, let’s go back to what we love. First of all,...
