Sheridan Set For Housewives Comeback

Nicollette Sheridan is set to return to hit TV show Desperate Housewives - after being written out of the show at the end of the fourth series.

The actress left at the end of the fourth season, filmed last year, but is set to reappear on Wisteria Lane in the forthcoming series after being asked to reprise her role as maneater Edie Britt in the series.

And it has been revealed that Sheridan's character, who is notoriously unlucky in love, will be getting a new romantic interest, to be played by new cast member Neal McDonough.

Taboo To Star In Street Fighter

Rapper Taboo is set to show off his brawling prowess - he's signed up to star in the new Street Fighter movie.

Taboo - real name Jaime Luis Gomez - has previously made big-screen outings in films including 2005's Dirty and 2007's Cosmic Radio, but his role as Vega in Street Fighter: The Legend Of Chun-Li will mark his first appearance in a Hollywood blockbuster.

Taboo will star in the action film alongside actors Michael Clarke Duncan, Chris Klein and Neal McDonough.

Street Fighter: The Legend Of Chun-Li is the second movie adaptation of the popular video game Street Fighter. The first big screen version hit theatres in 1994 and featured martial arts star Jean-Claude Van Damme.
