Fox is going to continue playing with Lego.
The network has renewed its competition series Lego Masters, hosted by Will Arnett, for a fourth season. Fox has also picked up a second edition of the short-run spinoff Celebrity Holiday Bricktacular ahead of its Dec. 19 premiere. Both are set to air in the 2023-24 season.
“Lego Masters represents what TV does best, bringing all ages together for a night of family-friendly fun and competition,” said Allison Wallach, president unscripted programming at Fox. “The builders raised the bar with an incredible fusion of creativity and engineering genius in season three, which featured even more pop culture-piercing themed episodes and our toughest competition yet. With Will Arnett back as host, alongside our immensely talented production crew and partners at Endemol Shine North America, the sky’s the limit on season four.”

If there is one thing that geeks like it’s a reference to their favourite game, television show or film. Randal’s Monday is a new Point & Click adventure game that is full of them, everywhere you look you will see an Easter egg trying to get your attention. Taking an old fashioned style to the adventure game it isn’t exactly one that fits the Telltale Games model of being overly emotional about everything, this is one that looks for laughs and when Jeff Anderson and Jason Mewes are in it, fans of Clerks start to take notice.
Jeff Anderson voices the part of Randal Hicks, a man very much like his Clerks character and Mewes is of course, Jay. Silent Bob does make an appearance too but is not voiced by Kevin Smith (and yes, Bob does provide his sage like advice).
Back to the game though, Randal...

Late nights. We’ve all had them. Working long after the rest of the world has gone to sleep. Rushing to finish a project before the deadline. But are you really alone at your desk? One Late Night would like to remind you that the answer is no.
This brief game locks players in your typical office building, where they start off as an average graphic designer who wants nothing more than a fresh a cup of joe. The first sign of trouble is the message “I see you…” on the protagonist’s computer screen, followed by an eerie phone call.
Players also discover that a co-worker named Robert has mysteriously vanished. As players wander through the offices, they discover that Robert may not simply be playing hooky. Once Robert’s office is unlocked, a number of disturbing items are discovered, including a...

Hunting bears and other wildlife in Alaska is a dangerous job -- but in this exclusive clip from "Kodiak" (airing Wed. at 10:00 p.m. on Discovery), the Cusack family gets into another drawback to living on the wild side -- the emotional kickback. Nicole reveals that, despite living the good life as an attorney in San Diego, she's eager to get back to Alaska and try something she's never done before -- kill a deer. Even though her father Bob hunts for a living, he isn't entirely eager for his daughter to take this step. If you're not watching this four-part series, "Kodiak" follows three families -- the Mays, the Hollands, and the Cusacks -- who converge together each fall to run Bob May's remote hunting and fishing lodge. There's not a lot of time to worry about the emotional impact of killing a deer, since the job...

Robert Pattinson touched down in France on Friday evening, just as the festivities at the Cannes Film Festival were really starting to take off. He looked cleaned up, well-dressed, and ready for all the fun; although, we're sure he's been having plenty, since he rang in his 28th birthday last week. Robert is in Cannes to promote his roles in two separate films; in The Rover, he plays an injured robber with a Southern twang, and he's a driver in Maps to the Stars, which involves pyromaniacs and limo sex. Robert may have just arrived, but we've already witnessed tons of excitement at Cannes. Both Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have made appearances, and they even walked the red carpet together at the premiere of Captives. Meanwhile, the infamous crotch hugger from award season struck again, giving America Ferrera an unexpected and unwanted surprise.

With the episode “Alone”, fans are moving right along as the main group of survivors still find themselves separated from one another. On last week’s episode “Still”, we got a good look at the relationship between Beth and Daryl, two survivors that manged to find one another during the chaos at the prison. The two managed to escape with their lives and have been on the road ever since with the assumption that they’re possibly the only ones that made it out alive. Last week’s episode can best be described as the quest for the booze…moonshine of course, not peach schnapps. And why not? The show takes place in Georgia after all. It was a bit of a step back in terms of action even though it had some of the shows more quality zombie take downs and managed to create...

While journalist Daniel Frye and Detective Marco Ruiz are en route to the drop point for the ransom money he surmises the killer’s readiness to let Maria perish by saying, “He killed nine Mexicans, what’s one more?” This is why there’s actual suspense as to whether this woman will live or die – because despite the killer’s clear message that action needs to be taken to improve the conditions surrounding the citizens of Juarez, he’s absolutely willing to sacrifice those whom he’s theoretically trying to help (which is probably why he was rejected from Ni Una Mas). The audience is invested in the story because even if the territory looks familiar it’s being realistically tread, viewers know that the stakes have been legitimately raised, and the perpetrator is as skilled as he is unpredictable.

So why is Rob, 27, afraid to commit? A source close to the actor exclusively tells HollywoodLife.com:

Mad Men, Season 6, Episode 12: “The Quality of Mercy”
Written by Andre Jacquemetton & Maria Jacquemetton
Directed by Phil Abraham
Airs Sundays at 10pm Et on AMC
“You’re a monster,” is the key line of tonight’s episode. It’s almost comically literal when you think about it alongside the exchange between Duck and Pete. Duck claims he’s never seen anything like Bob Benson before, and Pete chillingly intones “I have.” You can almost hear the theme from Phantom of the Opera in the background as it cuts to Don. Variations on this theme have been strung throughout the season. Think back on the moment Peggy walked into Ted’s office only to find Don there. He was reintroduced to us in the premiere reading Dante’s Inferno, suggesting a descent into hell, but now it seems as if he would feel at home there, a monster among monsters.

What an excellent episode of "Downton Abbey," gang. Intrigue with the estate, Lady Edith does something interesting and poor Ethel makes everyone cry.
Upstairs
So over in Ireland, Tom is on the run from the police, so he leaves his pregnant wife to travel separately from her. Robert is pretty outraged and so are we, frankly. We get that Sybil is her own woman and was in on the scheme but that still seems awfully risky.
Robert manages to keep Tom out of jail, but he can never return to his homeland, so Sybil thinks they should just stay at Downton (and we agree, as viewers, because we love Tom and Sybil). Hopefully this does not end in Tom abandoning Sybil because of his principles.
In other news, Downton's books are in complete disarray and Matthew wants to do something about it, now that he is co-owner of the estate thanks to deux ex machin-Swire.

Welcome back, Game of Thrones fans! Did you enjoy your break? Good. Because shit just got real (especially if you’re a bastard son of Robert Baratheon). And holy molely did the Season Two opener — entitled “The North Remembers” — wastes no time in getting viewers caught up on what all of our favorite George R.R. Martin characters are up to. And the show does so by tying their fates together with a single comet in the sky.
Those who read the second novel in the series A Song of Ice and Fire — entitled A Clash of Kings — know that the comet will represent different things to different people. For some, like the new Lord Stark, young Bran (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) sees the comet as a sign that his brother Robb (Richard Madsen) will prevail in his war against King Joffrey (Jack Gleeson). There's a long-standing rumor that Khloe is not the biological daughter of the late Robert Kardashian, father to Kim and Kourtney and one-time attorney to Oj Simpson. Holiday-themed comics have long been a tradition, along with holiday-themed… everything else. That’s cool; if you can’t make a buck pushing Santy Claus, when can you?
As far as our four-color medium is concerned, we inherited the tradition from the newspaper strips. These guys went all-out, and back when there were still a lot of continuity strips stories would be interrupted for Christmas and New Years (Hanukkah rarely, Kwanza, Ramadan and Saturnalia never) or, better still, holiday themes would be incorporated into the ongoing story. This was carried over into proto-comic book form when Will Eisner and his largely Jewish crew produced their annual “Christmas Spirit” story.
Outside of Santy-themed covers, it took a while for the comic book publishers to reliably produce annual holiday fare. The two that lasted the longest where Archie’s Christmas Stocking (with variations on that title, including the all-embracing evil “holiday” word...

Robert Pattinson was on his own as he left his London apartment toting a big black bag this morning. Robert has been hanging out in England since wrapping up his Breaking Dawn Part 1 press tour and all his hard work is paying off big time at the box office. Breaking Dawn crushed the competition in its opening weekend and it maintained the top spot over Thanksgiving. Robert may have been solo today, but he has good company at his place since Kristen Stewart is staying there while she films Snow White and the Huntsman outside the city. Robert and Kristen went on a couple dates this week, checking out their friend Marcus Foster's show and hanging out with friends including Tom Sturridge. View Slideshow ›...

TagSense, a prototype app designed by two Microsoft interns, can automatically tag a picture with a person's name, physical activities, facial expression, and exact physical location--all without human input.
A new, creepily awesome Android application developed by two Microsoft interns turns Android smartphone cameras into full-on spy machines. The app, called TagSense, relies on smartphone sensors to automatically tag photographs with the identities and activities of whoever's in them. No human input is required.
Although it also makes use of facial recognition technology, TagSense mainly relies on the myriad peripherals integrated into the average smartphone. Android phones' built-in accelerometers are used to determine the exact physical activity a picture subject is involved in, while light sensors in the camera are used to determine weather conditions outside in conjunction with location data obtained via Gps. The phones' microphones can then determine whether the picture subject is talking, laughing, crying, or silent.

Robert Pattinson feels like he has split from a lover now the "Twilight Saga" movies have wrapped.
The 24-year-old actor and his cast mates, who include girlfriend Kristen Stewart, Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene, finished filming the final scenes for the two "Breaking Dawn" movies on Thursday (14.04.11) in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada.
The big screen heartthrob admits it's not easy walking away from his vampire character Edward Cullen after so many years of playing him.
In an interview with the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper - which was conducted before shooting ended - he said: "It does feel like a break-up. I do love the guy - and I'm going to miss him. I prefer to think of ending this franchise like leaving school. It's the last day of high school."
However, one thing Robert isn't going to miss is the contact lenses he has to wear to achieve his undead eyes.

Anyone who thought long-time playboy Owen Wilson would change his ways after settling down with girlfriend Jade Duell and son Robert may be in for disappointment. Us Weekly reports that the actor recently spent some nights at the One Hundred Nights lounge in Vancouver, with Wilson leaving with a limo full of lades after midnight. You don’t think he had a Hall Pass or anything, do you? You know, like the movie he’s in! Hall Pass! It’s about guys who want to cheat on their romantic partners.
While it’s no crime to enjoy a night out when visiting faraway locales (oh, how the nightlife in Vancouver must beckon), but this scoop definitely does fly in the face of his claims of domestic satisfaction—lil’ Robert just turned 2 months old today! Could we be headed back to the days when Owen macked on every waitress he met?...

It was an emotional episode (but, when isn't it?) on "The Biggest Loser" as one of the game's favorites goes home in the name of game politics.
The players got a much-needed reprieve from the ranch when they're sent home for two weeks. That's a double-edged sword. On the one side, it allows them to breathe and reenergize with family and friends. On the other hand, it places them back with all the triggers that made them overweight to begin with.
So, how much have the players changed this season? That question would be answered on their first day back. Alison threw them right back into the same challenge they did on Day 1 -- run a 5K (but this time without tagging out) with the fastest winners granted a choice of which trainers they'd return to.
Jen saw it as her chance to return to the Red Team and while she gave it her all,...

Does Rob love seeing K-Stew be a glamover artist with her hair look all the time or does he prefer her basic brunette?
When she and Robert Pattinson, 24, fell in love, Kristen Stewart, 20, was a gorgeous brunette with a sweet, girl-next-door look. Altering her look is nothing new for the actress, who seems to have had a rainbow of hair colors, including blonde, brunette, black, and even red, since she and Rob met four years ago!
Now she’s dyed her hair again, and is showing off a much lighter hue on her recent Vogue cover. (She sports her latest dye job in the upcoming film On The Road.) Can you believe Kristen recently told Harper’s Bazaar R-Patz spends more time on his hair? We don’t think so! Clearly she’s been hitting the salon a Lot!

We feel very blessed by all of the amazing pop culture moments that we experienced in 2010. For two girls who love entertainment as much as we do, it really couldn’t have been a better first year for Pop Culture Passionistas. We met a lot of incredible people even if only for a few minutes. And with that said, as we look back at how the year unfolded one person stands out as our Pcp Mascot of 2010. That man is Bob Newhart.
When we were kids we loved The Bob Newhart Show. Even thought it seemed so grown up, without anyone our age to identify with (except maybe Howard Borden), we really dug the psychiatrist series. His dry wit was not lost on us.

Robert Pattinson spotted at costume place. Robert Pattinson, who plays Edward Cullen in the highly successful "Twilight Saga" franchise, was spotted out and about in Hollywood, California the other day after visiting a costume warehouse. Perhaps he's getting an idea of what he plans to be this Halloween? In the pictures (inside), the actor is dressed pretty casual wearing a mere pair of jeans, a sweatshirt and a baseball cap. Looks like somebody didn't want to get out of bed. According to sources, Pattinson stopped at the local In-n-Out Burger before heading to the costume warehouse. He exited through the backdoor of the building to avoid the paparazzi but it looks like some of them managed to snap a few photos of him anyway. Robert may be smart, but he's not that smart. You can read on to check out the images! In addition, you can see Robert Pattinson reprise...

Day 70
10:35am
The housemates are gathered at the sofa’s for the reveal of this weeks shopping task. They watch a Vt of “real life” Bob Righter roaming the house. Josie says that Bob looks like Mario. “I knew it would come to life some day”, says Mario.
Housemates watch as Bob Righter gets a briefcase out of the Tree of Temptation and takes it into the Kitchen. Bob takes out pieces of paper and puts them back into the briefcase. When the Vt is over Andrew says that maybe Bob Righter is going to make predictions.
Bob’s music starts and instructions are given to housemates. Sam reads a rhyme to housemates that says that they must “beat predictions” and that the housemates may go from “pretty to ugly and polite to obscene.” Housemates sit in silence.

Could either Lauren Froderman or Robert Roldan stop So You Think You Can Dance from being a coronation for Kent Boyd? They certainly tried - now it's in America's hands.
America has a tough decision on its hands, too. Kent probably still is the best, but watching the other two rise to his level was marvelous, and this is a popularity contest.
Lauren and Rob had their work but out, but both had strong nights. Let's get right down to the final performances of the season, with a winner crowned to be this evening ...
Kent with Lauren Gottleib (Bollywood): Well, at least Kent's ridiculous faces matched the enthusiasm of the routine in general. Everyone loved it, and for good reason.
Lauren with Twitch Boss (Hip Hop): Nigel called it transfixing. We wouldn't go that far, but Lauren is awesome. She can be so sexy and feminine, yet pull anything off.

It's been a rough couple of weeks for Elliston, Ohio's Crystal Bowersox, who appeared to be losing her season-long lead on "American Idol" as this year's slow-and-steady dark horse, Lee DeWyze, crept up into contention for the title.
But on Tuesday night, Bowersox saved the best for last, pulling off three solid, if not exceptional, performances, as DeWyze, gripped by nerves, appeared to squander his underdog status at the worst time. For friends and supporters of Bowersox, her knockout takes on "Black Velvet" and "Up to the Mountain" were proof positive that the dreadlocked single mom from the hard-hit Northern Ohio town might win this thing.

It's given people in the economically hard-hit area reason to hope, it's lifted the onetime street busker from anonymity to the biggest forum on television, and it's set the stage for the first Northern "Idol" winner, as well as the first female champ since 2006's Jordin Sparks.
It's also made her friends and mentors incredibly proud and excited at the prospect of seeing the teenage musical prodigy on the cusp of winning a major-label contract and attendant economic windfall that could dramatically impact the rest of her and her son Tony's lives.

The news has been swirling for months now. Someone is going to die in the "Brothers & Sisters" finale airing Sunday, May 16 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
We've been debating it at the Zap2it offices for a while. Each week, we come up with new ideas. We pretty much know who's not going.
Calista Flockhart, Rachel Griffiths and Gilles Marini have major storylines next season. Mama Walker a.k.a. Sally Field isn't going anywhere. What's the show without Nora? Balthazar Getty is in contract negotiations for next season, so he's safe.
Actually, we're willing to bet that none of the immediate Walker family members are going anywhere. Sure, Justin wants to go to Haiti, but we'll address that later. So, it has to be one of the satellite players. The network has already announced that Luke Grimes who played Ryan is out, so we won't bother with him.

Maumee, Ohio — This time last year, Nathan Woodward could step out of the kitchen at the Village Idiot bar/ pizza restaurant and walk right up to the front of the stage to watch Crystal Bowersox perform. Now, even when he flies out to Los Angeles to see her rock the stage on "American Idol," he can't get nearly as close as he could back in the good old pre-fame days of 2009.
Woodward, 36, met Bowersox two years ago at the Idiot, where he bartends and makes pizzas on the weekend and where, on a recent Tuesday night, he was sitting in on organ with the house band after a crowd gathered to cheer Bowersox on during the Frank Sinatra-themed performance night.

Toledo, Ohio, musicians Ron Rasberry and Bob May share memories of the 'American Idol' favorite.

Toledo, Ohio — Ron Rasberry has been playing music his whole life and has seen plenty of good players come and go. But when the amiable, redheaded guitar strummer with the glint in his eye spotted a 13-year-old Crystal Bowersox more than 10 years ago, he knew he was seeing a rare talent.
"I was hosting an open mic night, and she was there already ... sitting at the table with her ma, and I asked the bartender, the owner, 'Who's that?' We arrived in Toledo, Ohio on Tuesday afternoon eager to meet and greet the people who knew Crystal Bowersox before she became a leading contender on America's top reality singing show. These are the folks who saw a 12-year-old girl get up on stage at a bar during a set break and blow the roof off the joint. They were dumbfounded when she sang original songs at 13 and professed her confidence at 16 that she'd be a star someday. They knew she'd be a star way before the rest of the country discovered her on "American Idol."
Our first stop was Papa's Tavern, an 70-year-old saloon across the Maumee River from downtown Toledo smack dab in the middle of a working class neighborhood. I've never had a neighborhood bar, but if I did, this place is what I imagine it would be like. Everyone greeted us like old friends as we walked in.
