Of the four films debuting in theaters over the weekend, only one is expected to perform strongly. And it's not the Western starring Kevin Costner. Analysts are forecasting that New Line Cinema's horror film Freddy Vs. Jason will earn $20-24 million and unseat last week's top film, S.W.A.T. The film stars Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger of the Nightmare on Elm Street horror franchise and Ken Kirzinger as Jason of the Friday the 13th films.
