Night Of The Living Dead! The Musical! to be Featured at Theatre Row’s Kirk Theatre in New York City
George A. Romero's Night of the Living Dead has influenced countless movies, TV series, novels, and comic books since its initial release in 1968. It's safe to say that horror wouldn't be what it is today without the classic movie made by Romero and his brilliant cast and crew. Now, more than 50 years later, Night Of The Living Dead! The Musical! is going to be featured at New York's Kirk Theatre, bringing music into the world of Romero's ravenous flesh eaters.
An adaptation created by Jordan Wolfe (who also co-stars in the play), Night Of The Living Dead! The Musical! stars Jaime Cepero, Meg Lanzarone, Michelle Dowdy, Michael Buchanan, and Susan J. Jacks.
According to Playbill, Mitchell Walker is directing the production, with David Rosenberg handling music direction. Night Of The Living Dead! The Musical! will play off-Broadway at New York's Kirk Theatre on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings from January 16th–February 8th.
