Emilio Guirao is a half French half Spanish cinematographer born in Andorra in the late 70's. He moved very early to Barcelona and started a photography school where he met nice friends who introduced him to work first as a photographer assistant, and then as a camera trainee in commercials and movies. He spent many years working as second camera assistant and clapper loader, and also trying to convince everybody in the crew to direct a short movie where he could be the cinematographer. It was in 2005 when it all started. Since then he has always been between cameras and shoes.
