Late last week, Rihanna spent an afternoon skipping through a wheat field in Northern Ireland on an off-date of her current world tour, which inevitably led to some scantily clad moments because the pop singer was actually filming her new music video for “We Found Love.” While most men applaud and warmly embrace Rihanna’s affinity for showing skin, the farmer who owned the property was none too happy.
The religious farmer, Alan Graham, complained about the Barbadian singer’s state of undress and even halted the music video shoot to have a word with her. Well, it appears that fans of Rihanna have now taken aim at Mr. Graham for his condemnation of her appearance – sending hate mail and labeling him a “bible-bashing maniac.” It seems Rihanna's fans could give Gaga's Little Monsters a run for their money in the unconditional-defense-of-their-favorite-artist department.

London, Oct 3: Fans of pop singer Rihanna have branded the farmer who booted the singer off his land during a racy video shoot a "bible-bashing maniac."
They have been bombarding Alan Graham with hate mails after he asked the 'Bajan' star to leave while shooting topless in his field in Northern Ireland last week.
"I'm taking it all in my stride, it'll soon die down," the Sun quoted Graham, who is deeply religious and was offended by the singer taking her kit off, as saying.
"To be honest, all this fuss has kept me back a bit. I've got straw to harvest that I haven't been able to finish yet," he stated.

The farmer who told Rihanna to 'cover up' while shooting her new music video on his land has received hate mail from the star's fans. Alan Graham asked the 23-year-old to leave his farm last week after the singer ran around topless filming the video for her new single 'We Found Love'. However, Graham has now been branded a "bible-bashing maniac" by Rihanna's fans for making the complaint, The Sun reports. Graham told the tabloid: "I'm taking it all in my stride, it'll soon die down. To be honest, all this fuss has kept me back a bit. I've got straw to harvest that I haven't been able to finish yet." Meanwhile, other fans have been contacting the farmer to buy the corn (more)...

London, Sept 28: Rihanna was forced to pack up a racy video shoot after a farmer, on whose land the singer was posing topless, interrupted the filming and told her to cover up.
The 23-year-old singer had been filming the video for her latest single, 'We Found Love', with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris when farmer Alan Graham spotted her stripping down to a bikini made up of red handkerchiefs in his muddy field in Northern Ireland.
The furious farmer, who asked for filming to be halted, defended his actions, saying Rihanna's behaviour was 'inappropriate'.
Graham had agreed for one of his fields in Bangor, County Down, to be used for recording but was not aware what the production team had in mind for the star.

A 61-year-old farmer named Alan Graham kicked Rihanna off his land yesterday, as she was shooting the video for “We Found Love” in Northern Ireland. Apparently, it was Rihanna’s bandana bra and undies that set the farmer off. The fact that she stripped down topless obviously didn’t help her cause. Our favorite part of this story is the following quote by Mr. Graham:
“I had never heard of Rihanna until someone called me requesting the use of my land. I knew on Monday who she was. Someone explained she was as big as it gets as far as pop stars were concerned. I am a bit illiterate about those issues.”
About her frolicking in next to nothing, he added, “I realized things had got to a stage which was not acceptable to me. Things became inappropriate and I asked the film crew to stop. If someone wants to...

Although being criticized for her "inappropriate" outfit just a day before, Rihanna continues to expose her curves during the second day of her "We Found Love" video shoot. Instead of sticking around the corn field where she kicked off the filming, the Barbadian songstress moved the shooting location to a street in the city on Tuesday, September 27.
Donning a denim bra paired with a skirt and torn stockings, the "Umbrella" hitmaker was seen speaking on a megaphone and giving a command to the crowd. She was also spotted running on the pavement and posing in a white vintage sports vehicle. She continued the production later that night at a local fish and chips shop.
On Monday, an Irish farmer named Alan Graham protested the 23-year-old R&B star for wearing "inappropriate" wardrobe while shooting the music video in his corn field. "It was my land, I have an ethos and I felt it was inappropriate,...

Don't be flashing your girls or sagging your pants in Ireland on Dup Alderman Alan Graham's farm. The Irish farmer told superstar Rihanna to cease and desist with her skimpy bandanna brassiere. The BBC reports the farmers said, "I felt things were getting inappropriate" while RiRi shot a music video on his land. Graham was getting a tractor when he saw and had issues with her lack of wardrobe: "I had my conversation with Rihanna and I hope she understands where I'm coming from. We shook hands," he said. "I didn't know who was coming. If the name 'Rihanna' had been mentioned, well, no disrespect but it wouldn't have meant anything," he told the BBC. "From my point of...

Good girl gone bad...indeed. At least in the eyes of an Irish farmer, who was none too pleased when Rihanna, while shooting a music video for the song "We Found Love" on his land, decided to take off her bikini top. See exactly what we mean after the jump... Sure, this shot might be a little blurry, but Alan Graham obviously got a much clearer look at RiRi's rack and immediately halted production altogether. "I felt it was inappropriate," the farmer from Bangor, County Down, told the BBC. "I requested them to stop and they did." Graham, who admitted that he didn't know who the songstress was when he gave the go-ahead for the Grammy winner and her crew...

Dublin -- Northern Ireland farmer Alan Graham says he doesn't know who Rihanna is but she must keep her top on while performing on his land.
Graham says he enforced a dress code as he watched Rihanna shoot a video Monday in his wheat field east of Belfast for her new single, "We Found Love." She's in Northern Ireland this week to perform three concerts.
The 23-year-old switched from a flannel checked shirt into a stars-and-stripes bikini, a red bra, a mesh black top, and finally went topless before Graham climbed off his tractor to protest.
Graham says, "I had a conversation with Rihanna. I hope she understands where I'm coming from. We shook hands."

An Irish farmer freaked out when he found Rihanna topless in his field while shooting a music video for her new song, “We Found Love.” The farmer had agreed to allowed Rihanna to film in his grain field, but shut down production when he spied the singer stripping off her top.
During the video shoot, Rihanna changed from wearing a flannel shirt to a bandana bikini to a red bra and finally to going totally topless. Farmer Alan Graham was definitely not pleased about Rihanna going half-naked in his field.
“The state of undress was becoming inappropriate,” Graham told the BBC. “It became apparent to me that the situation was becoming inappropriate and I requested them to stop and they did stop.”

An Irish alderman and farmer who leased out the field on his property to the producers of Rihanna's next video shut down filming when he decided that Rihanna was just getting a little bit too risqué. Alan Graham, the man in question, said that there was "no formal agreement" between him and Rihanna's people and that producers did, in fact, agree to stop when he made his objections known. Luckily, it seems like everyone was pretty calm and respectful about the situation. And hey, he even got to talk to Rihanna herself! Not too shabby... unless you don't know who she is: "I had my conversation with Rihanna and I hope she understands where I'm coming from. We shook hands," he said... "I didn't know who was coming. Yesterday we posted some pictures of Rihanna frolicking around in a grain field in Ireland on the set of her new video "We Found Love."
Well, it looks as though the farmer who gave the "Disturbia" singer permission to film in his field shut down production of the video due to RiRi's controversial outfit.
"I have an ethos and I felt it was inappropriate," farmer Alan Graham told the BBC. "I requested them to stop and they did."
He said he granted Rihanna permission to film even though he wasn't familiar with her work, and after witnessing her strut in a bandana bikini and low cut jeans, he stopped his tractor dead in its tracks. No ... really.
"I wish no ill will against Rihanna and her friends," he later said. "Perhaps they could acquaint themselves with a greater God."
Oh lawd.

If you're going to film a music video in the United Kingdom, you'll probably want to be on your best behavior. Both Britney Spears and Rihanna recently got in trouble for their racy shoots.
Spears may be in the biggest kerfuffle. The clip for her latest single, "Criminal," garnered the attention of government officials when the singer was seen brandishing a fake weapon for a scene in which she holds up a London shop.
This just a months after the city was plagued with riots and looting.
DigitalSpy reports Councilor Ian Rathbone from the Borough of Hackney has called for more than just an apology.
"I think she should apologize and make a sizable donation to a Hackney charity that deals with young people," he says, "for the rudeness and damage she's done to this community."
Spears has yet to comment on the matter.

Rihanna may be doing her best Mariah Carey "Dreamlover" impression in her video for "We Found Love," but a farmer didn't feel comfortable watching Rihanna run around a Northern Ireland cornfield in a bikini top and low-rise jeans.
Dup Alderman Alan Graham spoke to the BBC about the "We Found Love" video shoot. The shoot was moved onto his property, and he felt that the singer was too scantily clad.
"There was an arrangement made last week. There was no formal agreement. Rihanna arrived on Monday. I did not prevent her video at all. I did not object to her outfit at all, that was an exaggeration," he said in an interview with the BBC.

Rihanna posed topless while filming her new music video in the UK - causing an incident with a local farmer. The singer recorded the promo clip for her new Calvin Harris collaboration 'We Found Love' in a grain field just outside of Bangor in Northern Ireland. Shots from the set see the 23-year-old dancing around the field in a red bikini top and jeans. However, at one point Rihanna reportedly removed the top and exposed her breasts. The farmer who owned the land was walking to his tractor and caught sight of the popstar. He then decided to approach her and ask her to cover up as he deemed it "inappropriate".
