Good Morning Britain’s Robert Rinder has shared words of inspiration with viewers after he was rushed to hospital.
Hours after hosting the morning programme on Monday (13 February) alongside Ranvir Singh, the ITV presenter was taken to hospital to treat a prolapsed disc.
Later that day, Judge Rinder tweeted: “Started the day holding politicians to account on â¦@GMBâ© & interviewing Lulu & Richie Sambora… Finished it having a prolapsed disc in my back repaired & healed.
“Life can change in a moment... Hold on to joy wherever you find it (thanks brilliant medical team).”
A prolapsed disc, more commonly known as a herniated disc, is a condition that occurs when the soft cushion of tissue between the spine pushes out.
This often leads to a pinched nerve, which can cause severe pain, numbness or weakness in an arm or leg.
Not all conditions require intervention, but those that do are typically treated with medication,...

Holly birthday, Happyoaks! Sorry, let's try that again. Happy birthday, Hollyoaks! That's better.
It's often written off as the runt of the soap litter, but we're rather affectionate towards Hollyoaks. Surprisingly, it's not only survived but is set to celebrate its 20th anniversary this autumn. It now boasts 50 regulars and a faster pace than any other soap, but can you believe that Hollyoaks once focused on the adventures of only seven main characters?
Launching on Channel 4 in October 1995 with just one episode per week, Hollyoaks gradually earned a place in viewers' hearts as it followed the tangled lives and torrid loves of Kurt, Jambo, Louise, Maddie, Natasha, Dawn and Tony. So where are Chester's magnificent seven now?

Jeremy Edwards admits his recent stint on 'Hollyoaks Later' didn't ''stretch'' him much as an actor. The 42-year-old star reprised his role as Kurt Benson - who was killed in a jet ski accident on 'Hollyoaks' - for the Channel 4 soap's spin-off show, and while he loved revisiting his character, who appeared as a figment of Tony Hutchinson's (Nick Pickard) imagination, he didn't feel that challenged by the part. He said: ''For me I'm very static. I'm very straight and sort of cool. I just speak very clearly and very slowly and give advice. It wasn't the greatest stretch...

Actress Gemma Bissix is probably best known for her role in UK soaps Eastenders and Hollyoaks. However now she is turning her talent to voiceovers with The Lovers’ Guide 3D which she narrates with another former Hollyoaks star Jeremy Edwards.
Gemma kindly took some time out of her schedule to talk to us about her experience making The Lovers’ Guide 3D, and how she thinks it will go down *cough* with UK audiences.
What was your first reaction when you were asked to do the voice over for The Lovers’ Guide 3D?
First of all I thought it was quite funny, and then I thought to myself “Well I haven’t done any voice overs before” and that’s something I really wanted to get into, so I thought it would a great experience, and it was.
Did you learn anything from the film?
I’ve been asked this [a lot] and to be honest,...

The Lovers’ Guide 3D
Stars: Cathy and Nick, Jasmine and Otto, Paula and Christian, Lana and Sebastian, Bea and James | Narrated by Jeremy Edwards, Gemma Bissix
Twenty years after the release of the first The Lovers’ Guide, this update takes lovemaking into the third dimension with another no-holds barred look at relationships, sex and, “igniting desire”. Actually the fourteenth entry in the franchise, The Lovers Guide 3D returns the series to the basics with chapters such as Flirting, Touching, Kissing and Sex taking viewers through all steps of lovemaking, all set out in a clear and unequivocally un-erotic fashion.
The Lovers Guide 3D takes the same stance as it’s more famous predecessor – education rather than titillation, with a script delivered stoically by narrators Jeremy Edwards and Gemma Bissix. Yes, despite all the pleasure on show in the film, there’s certainly no sense of pleasure in the voiceover, often...

It’s time to set the mood: light those candles, put on the Barry White CD, google a romantic poem off the internet, copy it out and pretend it’s your own. Fool her. Tease her. Then take her. Or something like that.
It’s pretty funny that we British have to have a manual for sex isn’t it? We’re so uptight and afraid of doing something wrong, aren’t we? But the iconic and famous Lover’s Guide is returning for a new generation with The Lover’s Guide: Igniting Desire… in 3D, to boot.
So fear no more! Once you’ve bought this DVD (best order it over the internet at Amazon, unless you’re dead brave and can stroll up to the counter in a HMV), take it home, watch it, talk about it like adults… then get at it like rabbits! Crash helmets, rubber...

The former Holby City star, competed in the skate off against former Olympic swim champion Sharron Davies. For the second time during her Doi journey, the judges voted unanimously to save Sharron.
“One of you was marginally improved, the other unfortunately is getting worse,” Jason Gardiner said. Nicky Slater, said that he could “not vote on potential”.
On hearing his fate Sheffield said:
“I’m disappointed obviously, after all that work. But I’m ever so slightly relieved that I’m not going to be in so much pain. I felt I’d just started to get up to speed.”

A perkily performed Soho soap that somehow also manages to be mesmerically depressing. Harry the TV producer is dating aspirant actor Alex but drawn to gorgeous Lars, who's kept in Rolex luxury by Tom, a successful art dealer. Tom is friends with former rugby player William, who finds his daughter doesn't take kindly to Lawrence, his hot new soap star squeeze. Former Hollyoaks hunk Jeremy Edwards is the titular mister, whose unlucky-in-love girlfriend introduces him to her posse of bed-hopping pals, with sticky results. Events unfold with coy predictability, like a game of consequences played by people on sedatives.

James Lance as Harry
At the beginning of Mr. Right, a world premiere movie airing this Sunday as part of Logo’s Sunday night Fall Film Festival, Louise has just one small request of her video dating service:
That her next date not be gay!
Unfortunately, she’s drawn to gay men and that isn't especially helpful when trying to date. All of Louise's close friends are gay, and soon we meet them: Harry, who hates his job as a TV producer and is, more or less, in love with Alex, an aspiring actor with determination, but not much luck or talent.
William is a rugby player in love with Larrs, a soap opera star, but his nine-year-old daughter is determined to sabotage their relationship. Finally, there’s Tom, a successful artist, and his handsome “kept boy” Tom who happens to be in love with Harry.

Former Hollyoaks star Terri Dwyer has confirmed that she would be willing to make another return to the soap. The actress played Ruth Osborne in the Chester-based drama on a permanent basis from 1995 to 2001. She has since made a number of guest appearances and was back on screen last year when Ruth's father Jack (Jimmy McKenna) faked his own death. Speaking to the Sunday Mercury, Dwyer explained: "The nature of my work is that you go into jobs as and when they come up. If Hollyoaks came to me with a great script I would definitely go back. "I've already been back four times, including August last year, and I live in Chester so it would make sense. I made some really good friends at Hollyoaks, some I still see. Last night, actor and presenter Jeremy Edwards became the third contestant to depart Dancing On Ice. After gaining mixed reviews and a total of 16 points from the judges, the ex-Hollyoaks star found himself in the skate-off with Ellery Hanley. Jason Gardiner said that it was "sink or swim" time for the duo and the panel unanimously voted off Edwards following his second performance with Darya Nucci. We gave Jeremy a call to find out how he was feeling about his early exit. Did you expect to be in the skate-off after your first performance?
"No, that's the thing. After the skate-off I knew I was going out. But after my first performance, I genuinely considered it a good performance and didn't think I'd be at the bottom. But then the scores came in for everyone and I was saying, 'Hang on a minute! I thought I did really well'.
