In 1986, a member of the public was killed whilst taking part in a
'bunjee jump' stunt on "The Noel Edmonds Late Late Breakfast Show".
Another contestant suffered a broken back in a separate stunt the year
before.
Retired from television in 1999 after he decided to stop doing "Noel's
House Party".
He and his wife Helen had four daughters together, Charlotte, Lorna, Olivia and
