Joseph Cotten, II grew up in Vienna, Virginia - the suburbs of
Washington, D.C. where his father was a civil engineer for the federal
government. Joe is the nephew of the actor Joseph Cotten. He completed
his Associates degree at Santa Monica College and studied digital
animation at UCLA, Silicon Studio (Santa Monica), and The Gnomon
School.
Joe started his digital art career in 1989 working for The Voyager
Company (Santa Monica) as a production artist and designer for The
Criterion Collection videos. Among the many jobs in visual effects and
motion graphics, he has created digital art for See3 (Santa Monica):
