Bob Caso received his BFA from Florida State University where he had the pleasure of working with such notables as Raul Julia and Joseph Papp. Upon graduating, Bob moved to L.A. and within a month had secured representation, booked a national Pepsi spot, and received his SAG card. Within that year he went on to book the lead in his first feature film, HBO's "The Naked Truth." Since that time Bob has appeared in numerous TV and film roles, such as a recurring role in "90210," "Crusade," "Out of the Wilderness" with David Carradine, "Ocean Tribe," "FDR: American Bad Ass," and "Ring The Bell," in addition to numerous commercial spots for Pepsi, Verizon, Toyota, and others. Recently, Bob appeared in Lifetime's "Devious Maids" and the feature film "The Ivy League Farmer." As a voice over talent Bob has appeared in over seventy audio books.
Bob continues to work not only as an actor, but as a writer and producer as well. He has written six screenplays. Two have been optioned and one, "Between Waves," an homage to his home town in Florida, is now, as of 2019, slated for distribution. "Between Waves" stars William Russ (Boy Meets World), Amy Jo Johnson (Felicity) and Faust Checho (Dead Draw). Bob's second screenplay, the multi award winning "The Shelter," is now in pre-production and will be shot in Florida and parts of Louisiana.
Bob is also an acting instructor based and teaching in LA. but also teaches at Florida's premier acting studio, The Actors Group Orlando. His simplified, non-invalidating, individualistic (no one size fits all) and organic approach to acting has been the catalyst for several of his students' flourishing careers.
Bob owns and operates CAROLINE STREET PRODUCTIONS where he has several screenplays in development. With one award-winning film, "Between Waves," already receiving distribution and another multi award-winning screenplay, "The Shelter," in pre-production, the future looks bright for CAROLINE STREET PRODUCTIONS.
