- As Juanita Dale Phillips she made a statement to the FBI on November 26, 1963 regarding her knowledge of Jack Ruby prior to the John F. Kennedy assassination and Ruby's subsequent murder of Lee Harvey Oswald.
- She rose to prominence as an exotic dancer in Dallas in the late 1950's in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas reportedly making $2,000 per week.
- Was associated with Dallas nightclub owner Jack Ruby, who was accused of gunning down Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald was charged with assassinating President John F. Kennedy.
- Her career was derailed in 1959 when she was sentenced to 15 years in prison by a Dallas judge for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana. She served three years of that time then was released.
- The Colony Club and Jack Ruby's Carousel club were both located on Commerece Street in downtown Dallas. They were only two doors apart.
- Had one daughter
- Served as a choreographer and technical advisor to Joan Collins for the film Seven Thieves (1960).
