Joanna Lumley, Ray Winstone and Richard Wilson are among celebs who will appear in a series of short films which aimed at getting more military veterans into ‘civvy street’.
Video: Veterans Work | What Does An Idea Sound Like?
Downtown Abbey’s Hugh Bonneville, Diy Sos star Nick Knowles and ex-EastEnders Larry Lamb and Michelle Collins also highlight the skills, attitude and knowledge ex-soldiers, sailors and airmen can bring to employers.
Entitled, ‘Veterans Work’, the films, by The Drive Project, were produced to encourage UK businesses to consider veterans as viable options to fill vacancies.
Their release follows a study by Deloitte and the Officers’ Association and the Forces in Mind Trust, which revealed UK plc is failing to realise the potential of veterans, putting ex-military personnel at a disadvantage.
The alarming revelation emerged despite nearly 2,000 British businesses having signing the Armed Forces Covenant – a Ministry of Defence scheme designed...

iZombie, Season 2, Episode 4: “Even Cowgirls Get The Black and Blues”
Written by Dierdre Mangan
Directed by Matt Barber
Airs Tuesdays at 9pm (Et) on The CW
The first few episodes of the second season have proven that while Blaine may not be a zombie, his appetite for power remains as large as ever, as do his zombie connections, which he set upon his enemies to establish a monopoly on the Utopium trade in the city. This week’s episode sees Blaine take further steps to cement his place in the city’s drug trade, putting him on a collision course with Liv once again, though neither are aware of it. The result is an entertaining episode that sets up numerous imminent character confrontations in addition to Blaine and Liv.
Peyton’s return is a welcome one, and it’s good to see that a reconciliation between her and Liv happens fairly quickly.

iZombie continues to impress. After coming off a particularly strong third episode, The CW has given us a glimpse into the future via the above promo video. Sure, it does look a bit lighthearted, but after witnessing the twists and turns of “Real Dead Housewife of Seattle,” fans may need to once again brace themselves for the unexpected.
One thing we can glean from the footage is that Rose McIver continues to be a master of her craft, this time taking on the traits of a country music singer/ songwriter. Apparently the crowd does not take too kindly to Liv’s aural offerings. One also has to wonder if recent developments in her life, such as the knowledge that Major is working for Max Rager and the return of Peyton, will have any influence on her somber serenades.
Elsewhere, Blaine returns after a week of absence to continue his illegal wheelings and dealings.

Donald Trump tugs on Santa's beard and asks him if he's really Santa in the latest holiday commercial for Macy's, making 274,000 people who have signed a petition think he's made a birther joke and needs to be fired from Macy's. I dislike Donald as much as the next person, but is having doubt about Santa really a birther joke, or keeping with the Miracle On 34th Street theme from the ad?

In honor on the series finale of "Chuck" (Fri., Jan. 27 at 8 p.m. Est), we asked fans to submit questions for co-creator and executive producer Chris Fedak, and they, of course, came through.
On Twitter and in the comment area of our call for questions, "Chuck" fans had dozens of great queries; so many and so great, in fact, it was very hard to narrow the roster down to manageable size. So we didn't narrow all that much and let Fedak decide what to answer. Lucky for "Chuck" fans, he was game enough to answer more than 30 fan questions.
Below, find out why Jill didn't come back, the one song that got away, where Jeff and Lester could be a few years from now and much more!
Take it away, Mr. Fedak...
Hello "Chuck" fans! Thanks for the questions. I see that Mo has kindly sent me, let's see, whoa.

Chuck vs. the Music: Five Seasons of Great Tracks
The final episode of Chuck airs this Friday and this is an impressive achievement considering how close it came to cancellation during this period. Chuck clearly has a rabid fan base that has shown their devotion which led to this 5-year run. The Subway campaign was a good way to prove that despite low audience figures this show was worth keeping on the air and I definitely bought a sandwich or two.
For me though it would be far easier to measure my love for this show by the amount of tracks on iTunes that I have purchased after hearing them first on Chuck and I’m sure I’m not the only one. For some it is the pop culture references that made Chuck the charming show it is, for others it is the characters and while these two factors are incredibly important,...

Chuck Review, Season 5, Episode 8, “Chuck Versus the Baby”
Written by Rafe Judkins and Lauren LeFrac
Directed by Matt Barber
Airs Fridays at 8pm (Et) on NBC
From the beginning, the relationship between Chuck Bartowski and Sarah Walker has been the driving force behind Chuck. She began as his CIA handler, they started dating, and she ultimately fell for him. Their relationship has pushed Chuck to become more confident on missions and at home. As they’ve grown closer and become a couple, Chuck and Sarah have become a stable force. It’s a positive change for their lives, but it doesn’t always lead to fascinating television. This situation has hindered Sarah during this season and pushed her to the sidelines far too often. She’s playing a necessary role in Chuck’s life but seems less essential to the ongoing story. This has nothing to do with Yvonne Stahovski...

Kyle Andrews' "Robot Learn Love" is a concept album about modern digital life and love. "We work, create art, and communicate every day through some sort of computer device, some sort of robot," Andrews says. Song titles written in Im shorthand explore alienation and heartbreak in high resolution, punctuated by lo-fi flourishes -- vocals recorded sometimes through built-in laptop mics, other times through high end studio preamps, live strings are backed by simulated software drums.
These themes and techniques come alive in "The Search for A Heart" with a little twist from directors Matt Barber and Matt Webb who fancied working in a covert nod to the portal heavy, ancient-meets-futuristic 1994 film, "Stargate."
"As Matt [Webb] and I brainstormed ideas while listening to the song, the themes of escapism, discontentment, and idealism kept surfacing," Barber said of the conceptualizing for the video. "These themes, which are often found in 'portal films'...
