She is suing the star for $150,000 (GBP75,000) in fees, reports TMZ.com.
A spokesman for Pressly was unavailable for comment.

Actress Jaime Pressly is holding off on extending her family - because she doesn't want to make her one-year-old son jealous with new siblings.
The My Name Is Earl star celebrated Mother's Day in the U.S on 11 May - the same day as her son, Dezi's, first birthday.

He tells British magazine Maxim, "Jaime's as straightforward as they come, she's like, 'Oh f**k that, goddamned c**sucker this and f**that.'

It's good to see fresh episodes of comedy – fresh episodes of anything – returning to the broadcast networks. (And for info on what'll happen in the next few weeks on "The Office," "30 Rock" and "Scrubs," go to the end of this item.)
“My Name Is Earl,” which comes back 7 p.m. Thursday on NBC, is celebrating with an hourlong episode called “I Won’t Die With a Little Help From My Friends.”
I’m generally inclined to give the show a pass – see the above statement regarding my happiness at comedy’s return. But I do wonder about what’s happened to “Earl” since it premiered.
“Earl’s” always been on the bawdy side and has frequently edged toward eyebrow-raising racial humor, but it seems as though it’s gotten more coarse and crass over its three seasons. I look back at delirious yet whimsical Season 1 episodes like “Joy’s

In April, dozens of scripted shows will return to the broadcast networks. Thank goodness! Though I've already posted details on the returns of "The Office" (here and here) "30 Rock," "Ugly Betty" and "House," I thought I'd collect all the information I have in one place.
First, here's a chronological list of return dates (to see the return dates sorted by network, go here).
Second, for those who want more than just return dates, I've got details on what will happen on many shows, in addition to the ones mentioned above, on the second half of this item.
If you don’t spot a favorite show on either list, by the way, be aware that some programs aren’t returning until fall, and the fate of several others has not been officially announced yet. There's more info on what's returning in the fall here.
Here are the return dates of scripted

It's been approximately 87 years since NBC showed a new episode of "The Office." Not that I've been keeping track.
Ok, seriously, the last fresh episode of the comedy aired Nov. 15, which technically qualifies as forever ago. So it was cool to come across a little information on what will happen when the show returns April 10.
But before I get to that, here's a bit more info on Nbc's comedies: "Scrubs" and "30 Rock" return April 10 also. "My Name Is Earl" returns with a two-parter April 3, and NBC Universal Ceo Jeff Zucker will provide an allegedly "insightful recap" on what's already transpired on "Earl," according to Nbc's press site. I cannot wait for that Zuckeriffic moment! Also, Alyssa Milano and a tabloid celebrity (no, not Britney) are guest stars when "Earl" returns. There's more on all that below.
I'm trying to find out what will happen when "30 Rock" returns April 10, but that

My Name Is Earl stars Jason Lee and Jaime Pressly escaped serious injury after two freak near-accidents occurred on the set of the hit U.S. TV show.
Lee had to leap from a hospital gurney after it was accidentally launched at high speed at a 18-wheeler truck.
On the same day last month, Pressly was almost hit by an out of control Suv that had intruded onto the set - a street that had been blocked off for filming.
A source says, "Jason and Jaime were left scratching their heads trying to figure out if they'd done something terrible during the writer's strike.
"The incident left the cast and crew pretty shaken."
