Donnie Wahlberg is deeply grateful for Blue Bloods. The New Kids on the Block singer takes his final bow (or is it?) as Danny Reagan in Blue Bloods‘ final season, now airing on Fridays on CBS, alongside his costars Tom Selleck, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, and more. Wahlberg stopped by the TV Insider office to look through TV Guide Magazine’s new Blue Bloods special issue, our farewell to the long-running procedural. The actor gets emotional while flipping through the issue in the video interview above, reflecting on revering TV Guide Magazine as a kid. “There are moments in life when something happens that just kind of puts your life into perspective, not just your work or your career,” Wahlberg says. “This final episode of Blue Bloods — and this! I remember going into grocery stores with my mom as a little kid and seeing the TV Guide right there at...

Tom Selleck thanked CBS for the last eight episodes of popular family cop drama Blue Bloods that begin airing tonight and, when concluded, will mark the end of the show’s impressive 14-season run.
“These eight shows that we can look forward to are because CBS agreed and wanted to do that and celebrate – not only celebrate Blue Bloods but commemorate its legacy. And I just wanted to thank them,” the actor said Thursday night during the show’s panel at PaleyFest in NYC.
The series will have aired nearly 300 episodes when Season 14, Part 2 wraps. Part 1 aired from February to May.
Deadline first reported CBS’ plans to end Blue Bloods’ run almost a year ago. Network executives said later that, “All shows have to come to an end. It’s important to us to refresh the schedule,” acknowledging that the series by EP and showrunner Kevin Wade had been a staple of the lineup.

“I’m kind of frustrated,” the actor told TV Insider. “During those last eight shows, I haven’t wanted to talk about an ending for Blue Bloods, but about it still being wildly successful.”

Prior to the weekend, Tesla CEO Elon Musk unveiled new prototypes for robots, the much-anticipated self-driving robotaxi (Cybercab) and autonomous Robovan; but while the sleek edgeless designs may bring to mind his company’s signature look, discerning users on social media noticed another striking similarity — the futuristic mechanics that color filmmaker Alex Proyas’ work in 2004’s Will Smith starrer I, Robot.
The uncanny resemblance didn’t go unnoticed — nor appreciated — by Proyas, who took to Musk’s own X platform to slam the executive for ripping off his creations.
“Hey Elon, Can I have my designs back please?” the Aussie director, who is also behind pics like 1994’s The Crow, wrote.

“Blue Bloods” may be coming to a natural conclusion, but its epic Sunday dinners don’t have to end — not so long as its fans have internet access, a dining-room table, and all of the cookware required by the one Wahlberg brother who doesn’t act.
On Monday, October 14, “Blue Bloods” star Donnie Wahlberg’s brother Paul Wahlberg — the Wahlburgers restaurant chain’s chef — will share the first of eight family-dinner recipes, each aligned with one of the CBS procedural’s final eight episodes. And the CBS/Wahlburgers collab is going way beyond burgers.
The Friday, October 18 “Blue Bloods” Season 15 premiere will feature Donnie Wahlberg, Tom Selleck’s mustache, and “a hearty roast beef meal with all the trimmings,” according to a Tuesday press release. Four days earlier, Chef Paul will post an instructional video and written recipe for “a delicious corresponding meal of roast beef, roasted potatoes, green beans,...

Is Blue Bloods prepping not one but two spinoffs? The big casting news for Season 14B seems to hint at that!
For a show that's run 14 seasons and is one of the biggest hits on its network, it's truly amazing Blue Bloods has never gotten a spinoff. Given CBS loves its franchises like FBI and NCIS, one would think it's natural. Heck, Fire Country has only had two seasons and it's getting a spinoff.
A reason may be how Blue Bloods is always focused on the Reagans more than other characters, and it's hard to see a show working without that connection. That family bond has made the show a huge hit, even if the upcoming second half of Season 14 will be the last.
There have been rumors of a possible spinoff with Donnie Wahlberg even hinting at one, although it may not be about his character, Danny Reagan. An...

Just because today’s big headline — “Nikki Glaser to Host the Golden Globes” — feels like it was inevitable, that doesn’t make it any less exciting or deserved.
In May, comedian Nikki Glaser wiped the annoyingly-perfect smile right off of Tom Brady’s smug, beautiful face at Netflix’s live-streaming event “The Roast of Tom Brady.” Though a case could be made that Tony Hinchcliffe (“Kill Tony”) or possibly even Andrew Schulz had (marginally) better jabs, it was Glaser who grabbed the headlines. In many of those interviews, Glaser was asked about hosting a primetime awards show. She was in, she said, and now she’s in as host of the 82nd Golden Globe Awards. What...

Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady’s romantic life continues to fuel media speculation, with multiple reports linking the sports icon to various high-profile women in recent months.
Brady, 46, and Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover model Brooks Nader have been seen together on several occasions.
Adding to the intrigue, Nader, who recently divorced, was reportedly spotted kissing Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece earlier this month.

This is not the first time Brady’s personal life has made headlines since his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bündchen in October 2022. In June, Brady was seen with Brazilian model and influencer Isabella Settanni.
Brady had previously been linked to Russian model Irina Shayk. Social media sleuths reportedly placed both at the Yellowstone Club in Montana during Fourth of July celebrations, coinciding with the wedding of NFL player Christian McCaffrey and model Olivia Culpo.

Kevin Hart, who hosted Netflix’s Greatest Roast of All Time: The Roast of Tom Brady in May, has reacted to Brady’s public regrets about the program’s jabs.
“When he says he regretted doing it,” Hart told Bleacher Report this month, “I think what he’s referring to is, ‘I could have tapered it a little differently, saying or having a conversation pre of, like, ‘Guys let’s go and do this, but let’s not touch this or this.”
Hart added, “Also, like, what it did for comedy and, like, our climate of sensitivity, I think it was necessary and valuable.”
The roast poked fun at Brady’s sports career, but also inserted jokes on his personal life, including his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bundchen and past relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan, who was pregnant with their son when Brady split.
