- Phil Judd was born in 1948 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He is an actor and director, known for Strictly Ballroom (1992), The Hard Word (2002) and Farscape (1999).
- Is sometimes confused with New Zealand-born musician Philip Judd as both men are frequently credited for work on the soundtrack of Australian films. The two men actually met and worked together during the making of Starstruck (1982).
