- (1943) Made Broadway debut in "The World's Full of Girls" produced and directed by Jed Harris on Dec. 6 at the Royale Theater. It only ran nine performances.
- (Summer 1961) She performed at the Cherry County Playhouse in Traverse City, Michigan. Ruth Bailey was founder and artistic director.
- (1972) She was cast among other big names in the revival of William Saroyan's play "The Time of Your Life" that opened March 17 at the Huntington Hartford Theater in Los Angeles and went on a national tour. Starring Henry Fonda, the cast included her, Richard Dreyfuss, Ron Thompson, Strother Martin. Jane Alexander, Richard X. Slattery and Pepper Martin. Edwin Sherin directed.
