Hi has anybody heard about a feud between Danny Aiello and Jay Leno. Apparantly they were good friends from back before Danny became an actor. Back in the late sixtees and early 70s I guess Danny worked at the NY Port Authority as a schedule announcer and was a bouncer at a comedy club at nights. He got friendly with Leno back then. Anyway I heard that in the late 90s Danny's show Dellaventura is what started the feud. It was an NBC show but Leno still bashed it night after night. Aiello feels that Lenos constant mocking of the show helped lead to it's cancellation. The rumor is that Aiello won't talk to him and has told people if he ever sees Leno out like at a restaurant or a party he'll give Jay 5 minutes to get his things and leave before he knocks him out. Anybody out there familiar with the story? Do you know if it's true. I kind of side with Danny Aiello. Jay Leno plays himself up as a Mr. Niceguy compared to Letterman's colder rougher image but Lenpo really does have a meanstreak.
