The multi-talented Bijou Phillips has led an unusual life. She spent her childhood in New York, California and South Africa. She excelled in equestrian sport. When she was 13, she became a model to escape boarding school and became one of the youngest people to grace the cover of "Interview" Magazine and "Italian Vogue". Bijou also appeared in several ads for Calvin Klein. At 17, she acquired a record deal and began work on her album "I'd Rather Eat Glass" produced by Talking Heads' Jerry Harrison. She was later cast in Black & White (1999) by director James Toback and garnered nothing but glowing praise from critics for her performance. Larry Clark cast her in Bully (2001) which led "The Hollywood Reporter" to name her one of 2002's "Shooting Stars of Tomorrow". Bijou continues to make great films with last year's role opposite 'Jeff Bridges' and Kim Basinger in The Door in the Floor (2004), a film adaptation of John Irving's novel, "A Widow For One Year". She most recently completed a leading role opposite Anne Hathaway in Oscar-winning writer, Stephen Gaghan's Havoc (2005), directed by Oscar-winning documentary filmmaker, Barbara Kopple. This is only the beginning for her, with several projects on the horizon, including her portrayal of "Lorna Doom" opposite Shane West in a feature film, about late 70s seminal-punk band The Germs, called What We Do Is Secret (2007), Venom (2005) (aka "Backwater"), produced by Scream (1996)'s Kevin Williamson, she is in the new film Choke (2008), with Anjelica Huston and Sam Rockwell. As well as starring in a comedy called Made for Each Other (2009) with Christopher Masterson, she just played "Nancy Spungen", as in "Sid and Nancy", in a bio-pic about the Chealsea Hotel, Chelsea on the Rocks (2008), directed by Abel Ferrara.- Tiny (only five feet), but buxom and shapely blonde Allysin Chaynes was born on February 11, 1979 in Romania. Among the notable companies Chaynes appeared in X-rated features for are Fat Dog, Adam & Eve, Elegant Angel, Kick Ass Pictures, Passion Productions, K-Beech Video, Zane Group Entertainment, and Jill Kelly Productions. Allysin retired from the adult film industry in 2005, but made a brief comeback in 2007 before retiring for a second and final time.
- Nikolina Pisek is a Croatian television presenter and actress. Teenage Nikolina gave modeling in Milan a brief try before returning home and enrolling in design studies at the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Architecture. Through her university studies, Pisek soon applied and got hired for a photographer position at Globus magazine. She eventually also began writing a fashion column at the magazine. After graduating, she worked as set designer for a few theatre productions, including the staging of Madam Butterfly at the Croatian National Theatre in Osijek. Afterwards, she worked in music video production. Pisek's on-camera television career began in her mid-twenties courtesy of television producer Sinisa Svilan who hired her for a show he was in charge of developing. She quickly made a name for herself within Croatia by appearing on various frivolous entertainment, gossip, and lifestyle programmes on the country's public broadcaster HRT. Initially, from 2003, it was a show named "Glamour Cafe", created by Svilan, that consisted of co-hosts Pisek and Nina Skorup doing bits and interviews with a lot of gossip, innuendo, and overt sexuality. Pisek's prominence in Croatia led to an offer of a pictorial for the Croatian edition of Playboy that she accepted, appearing in the magazine's July 2003 issue. When "Glamour Cafe" got taken off the air, Pisek landed on "Shpitza", another HRT gossip entertainment programme, this time co-hosting alongside Danijel Despot. By now a recognizable public personality in Croatia, Pisek hosted Dora in March 2007, Croatian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. She started getting acting offers as well, which led to an appearance on the Bitange i princeze (2005). Further cementing her local star status was her fall 2007 participation as a contestant on the second season of Ples sa zvijezdama (2006). Arguably her biggest break came in late September 2008, when she was announced as one of the four hosts of Operacija Trijumf (2008) (local Star Academy version for the five Balkan countries that used to be a part of Yugoslavia). Weekly appearances on the hugely popular 3-month long reality singing contest that aired on 6 networks and was seen by a large audience throughout Balkans led to a surge of popularity for her as well as expanded career opportunities outside Croatia. In the aftermath of her appearances on the hugely-popular Operacija Trijumf (2008), simultaneous to working on Nova TV in Croatia, Pisek began devoting more attention to raising her profile in the Serbian media market with regular appearances in the country's tabloids and lifestyle magazines. Furthermore to the end, in 2011, her collaboration with the young Serbian folk-pop singer Sasa Kovacevic was arranged via a song called "Idemo do mene". Since 2018, Nikolina started working for Happy TV, and first show that she is hosting on that network is "Soba srece".

Her father's name is Nishit, a Gujarati and her mother's name is Faridah, who is half Maharashtrian and half Caucasian British.
Ayesha had never let her lack of speaking Hindi fluently come in her way. A go-getter, she is no stranger to the silver screen and has faced cameras even at the tender age of 4. Her continuity was what got her noticed and the makers of 'Socha Na Tha' approached her in 2004 to play the lead role opposite Dharmendra's nephew Abhay Deol which she accepted.
She also signed up for another film 'Tarzaan The Wonder Car' which proved to be her debut in Bollywood, as the release of 'Socha Na Tha' was delayed.
With 'Tarzaan The Wonder Car' Ayesha quickly made her mark in Bollywood and not only was noticed but also received an Award - The Best Filmfare Debut.
Thereafter her films have done poorly at the Box Office, although she scored highly with teenaged audience in India and abroad, especially with her performance in 'Dil Maange More' and 'Shaadi No. 1'.
She also appeared in a 2006 Telegu movie named 'Robbery', which was later dubbed into Hindi and released as 'Super'.
And then came Dor in which she played the role without any glamor - the film that brought a lot of praise and much needed recognition for her. Here she has proved that she can enact both good and glamorous on one hand and the more ordinary next door type girl roles with ease.
Now Ayesha is one of the most gorgeous and beautiful actresses much sought after by movie makers and a force to be reckoned with, especially for other leading ladies of Bollywood. - Actress

Lois Chiles is a former supermodel-turned-actress who gave elegant performances in a variety of films throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Her motion picture debut role was as Robert Redford's sexual endeavor in the old-fashioned Hollywood melodrama, The Way We Were (1973). Shortly after, she starred opposite Clifton Davis in the indie blaxploitation film, Together for Days (1972); they portrayed a mixed-race couple enduring societal disapproval and political pandemonium. She also appeared as the irreverent socialite Jordan Baker in The Great Gatsby (1974), in which she starred alongside Mia Farrow and, again, Robert Redford.
Chiles delivered a series of pivotal characters particularly as a woman who mysteriously falls into a state of unconsciousness after entering the hospital for an early term abortion in Coma (1978), and as an impudent heiress and murder victim in the center of Death on the Nile (1978).
Chiles' most recognized role is the sophisticated NASA astronaut, scientist, and "Bond girl", Dr. Holly Goodhead opposite Roger Moore's James Bond in Moonraker (1979). It is worth noting that Goodhead was different than any previous "Bond girl", in that she was dignified and not so much sexualized. Sadly, that same year, just as Chiles' career was at its height, she lost her youngest brother to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma which resulted in her three-year hiatus from acting. Her career never fully recovered and she struggled to find roles that necessitated her individuality but she persevered and received positive reviews for her continued performances in film and television, particularly in Sweet Liberty (1986), Broadcast News (1987), Creepshow 2 (1987), Diary of a Hitman (1991) and Curdled (1996).
In recent years, she's appeared in a few television sitcoms, participated in interviews recalling her experience as a "Bond girl", and taught an acting class at the University of Houston.- Actress

Making the leap from stage to screen at 13, Barbara was spotted at a restaurant by director Antonio Pietrangeli and cast her on sight for his current film, Come, Quando, Perché. Innately comfortable in front of the camera, this experience with a master Italian lens-man was Barbara's confirmation of her chosen path.
Determined to pursue her dreams, at 15 she was forced to leave an abusive home situation. Out of necessity, she supported herself by working as a couture model at an upscale atelier for elite clients. There, she caught the eye of the fashion photographer and major print ads for Fiorucci and Coca-Cola to name a few soon followed. By the early 70s, it was evident that Barbara's star power was on the rise.
Making her entrance on the Italian silver screen in the mid 70s, Barbara officially debuted as the fetching Floriana in Sergio Martino's 1975 thriller, The Suspicious Death of a Minor. 1976 saw her in Duccio Tessari's "commedia all'italiana" romp La Madama and the romantic drama Ready for Anything, directed by Giorgio Stegani.
But the actress is most beloved for her standout performance in 1977 as the slinky, scene-stealing Olga, the nail-painting gossipy girl who takes great pleasure in harassing Jessica Harper about snakes in Dario Argento's classic film, Suspiria. Bringing a captivating element of electrically feminine power to the role, even Argento noted her beguiling presence, calling her 'La Mia Streghina' (my little witch). With an epic ensemble cast featuring classic Hollywood legends such as Joan Bennett and Alida Valli, and cited often as one of the greatest horror films of all time, Barbara's cinematic legacy was sealed through her indelible contributions to this genre-defying film.
She then starred in Umberto Silva's Difficile Morire, as an intrepid noblewoman living through Italy's social upheavals between 1911 and 1944. Shot at Cinecitta, the iconic Roman film studios, Barbara's workday often began by sharing breakfast and banter in the studio's cafeteria with none other than legendary director Federico Fellini, who was there preparing for his next film. In 1978, she played the main character in Enzo Milioni's The Sister of Ursula, a dark psychological thriller. However, during filming the producers decided to add unscripted scenes without the star's knowledge nor consent. Despite this devious attempt to associate the film with a disreputable genre, Barbara's outstanding lead performance as the complex Ursula was lauded by critics and fans alike. She wrapped up the decade as a sweet 16 year old girl who comes of age in director and scriptwriter Gianni Martucci's 1978's Blazing Flowers, where the set's family-like atmosphere offered Barbara a welcome respite from her recent professional tensions.
By the early 80s, Barbara was a young widow, as her husband, actor Marc Porel, died from meningitis due to complications of drug addiction. Barbara then devoted herself to informing the public about the dangers of drugs. To inspire others on their journey back to life, she spearheaded a series of anti-drug campaigns, opened an information center in Paris, was a celebrity speaker at many events for "Dico No alla Droga" (I say No to Drugs).
She turned to television in 1985-1986 when she co-starred with Fabio Testi in I figli dell'Ispettore, a prestigious television show directed by Aldo Lado, and worked once again with Sergio Martino, in his miniseries Caccia al Ladro d'Autore.
Her next roles took her to Australia, where in 1991 she guest starred in top-rated television series Police Rescue and the short film Gotcha. After focusing on her family for several years, in 1996 she accepted what proved to be a fateful invitation to visit Southern California. A sold out screening of Suspiria at the American Cinematheque at which she was a guest of honor marked her arrival in Hollywood.- Actress

She can be seen in J.K. Rowling's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016) as the mother of Porpentina and Queenie Goldstein, and in different both English and French-speaking films and TV series.- Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (born 17 April 1987) is a Canadian actress, disc jockey, singer and television host. She is best known for starring as Olivia Castle in the horror film Final Destination 5 (2011) and as Steffy Forrester in CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful (2008-present), the latter earning her four Daytime Emmy Award nominations, winning Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series in 2019.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood was born in Windsor, Ontario, the daughter of (Sandie) Alexandra MacInnes and James C. Wood. She is of indigenous (Cree), Scottish, French and Brazilian ancestry. Her half sister is Dani Probert, who was the wife of the late NHL player, Bob Probert. Her great uncle was Scottish highland singer Alasdair Gillies. Wood took acting classes at Ryerson University, Centre for the Arts and the Armstrong Acting Studio.
Wood made a name for herself playing the part of the "hair girl" on a commercial for First Choice Haircutters. At the age of 18, she moved to Toronto to pursue a career in acting. In May 2008, she began playing the contract role of Steffy Forrester on the American CBS Daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. Since Wood stepped into the role, Steffy has been noted as being a "bitch-nasty" vixen who is strong willed. Of playing her, Wood said in 2011, "I love playing her and developing her character. She is so different from me. It's rather cathartic, and it allows my alter ego to come out on The Bold and The Beautiful set five days a week."
In 2012, Wood received her first nomination for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series for her portrayal of Steffy at the 39th Daytime Emmy Awards. Of learning about her Emmy nomination, she said, "I was just about to shoot a scene in the Adriatic sea in Italy. The water was only 54 degrees! [Executive Producer/Head Writer] Brad Bell came up to me and said, "How does it feel to be Emmy nominated?" For that year, Wood submitted the scenes in which Steffy is informed of the end of her affair with Bill. In 2013, Wood garnered her second consecutive nomination in that category at the 40th Daytime Emmy Awards, in which she submitted the scenes where Steffy surprises Liam (Scott Clifton) by presenting him with signed annulment papers. In May 2013, news broke that Wood had opted not to renew her contract with the show in order to take another break. A representative for the show stated: "[Wood] is taking short a break, as she has done in the past, from B&B. She remains as the character of 'Steffy Forrester' and is continuing to tape, with episodes airing through July 2013 and then beyond". It was later announced that Wood has decided to remain with the series on a recurring basis. In April 2015, it was announced that Wood would reprise her role on B&B on a contract basis, which she has remained on ever since.
In 2011, she starred in her first feature film, Final Destination 5. In September 2010, Wood's casting was announced and it was revealed that filming was underway in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This film is the fifth in the Final Destination horror film franchise. Wood portrayed Olivia Castle. The character was described as "a smart mouthed beauty who wears glasses" and is "caught in a spine chilling, stomach churning situation that will make viewers squirm in their seats", which was a risky eye procedure which Wood was terrified to do. Final Destination 5 was a critical and commercial success, grossing over $157 million at the American Box Office, and becoming the highest-rated film from the franchise at the website Rotten Tomatoes, where it has been awarded a "Fresh" rating, consisting of 61% positive reviews from film critics. Her performance also received very positive reviews. Wood had a guest role on The CW action-adventure series Arrow, which began airing in October 2012. She played Sara Lance (which she is later replaced by Caity Lotz). Arrow opened to positive reviews from critics and ratings of over 4.1 million.
In 2013, Wood completed filming a Lifetime television film Her Husband's Betrayal, a suspense thriller in which she stars opposite Shawn Roberts. The film premiered on 2 August 2013. In July 2014, Wood filmed an appearance on the comedy series Anger Management, starring opposite Charlie Sheen. Maïwenn (sometimes credited as Maïwenn Besco or her birth name Maïwenn Le Besco, born 17 April 1976) is a French actress, film director and screenwriter.
Maïwenn Le Besco was born in Les Lilas, Seine-Saint-Denis, France, a suburban area east of Paris. Maïwenn is of mixed Breton, Vietnamese, French, and Algerian descent. Her Algerian ancestry comes from her maternal grandfather. Maïwenn's mother, Catherine Belkhodja, introduced her to the entertainment industry at a young age, an experience later chronicled by Maïwenn in her one-woman shows Le Pois Chiche (The Chickpea) and I'm an Actress.
Maïwenn starred in several films as a child, then teen, actress--notably as the child version of the lead role played by Isabelle Adjani in the hit film One Deadly Summer (1983).
Following her marriage to director Luc Besson and the birth of their daughter in 1993, Maïwenn interrupted her career for several years. During this period, she only appeared in a supporting part in Besson's Léon: The Professional (1994), in which she was credited as Ouin-Ouin. She also directed the film's making-of. Perhaps Maïwenn's most internationally-seen film role was her appearance as the alien Diva Bazina in Besson's The Fifth Element (1997).
After her breakup with Besson, Maïwenn returned to France. She performed as a standup comedian in an autobiographical one-woman-show, and reentered the movie business after several filmmakers saw her comedy routine in Paris. She appeared in several notable movies, including the horror film High Tension (2003), in which she starred opposite Cécile de France. By the time the film came out in 2003, she had decided she wanted to try directing. In 2006, she directed her first feature film, the semi-autobiographical Pardonnez-moi (2006). According to Maïwenn, after Besson learned she planned to use her own money to produce the film, he told her "You need to immediately stop what you're doing. You're crazy. Nobody puts their own money into a movie." After seeing the film he apologized, saying she was right on this occasion. Her second film was All About Actresses (2009), in which she appears as herself making a documentary. She achieved international recognition when her third film, the social drama Polisse (2011), won the Jury Prize at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival. All three films feature Maïwenn with a camera, stemming from a childhood fascination and her interest in the mise en abyme, the story within a story. Her 2015 film My King (2015) was selected to compete for the Palme d'Or at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival, with Emmanuelle Bercot winning the Best Actress award.
Maïwenn met film director Luc Besson when she was 12 and they began dating when she was 15. In January 1993, at age 16, she gave birth to their daughter Shanna. On the DVD extras for the 1994 film Léon: The Professional, Maïwenn said the film is based on her relationship with Besson. She was 20 at the beginning of filming (early 1996) for The Fifth Element, during which Besson left her for the film's star, Milla Jovovich.
In 2004, Maïwenn had a son, Diego, with Jean-Yves Le Fur, her second ex-husband who is a real estate developer.- Actress

Jessica Lu was born and raised in a northwest suburb of Chicago, Illinois, to artistic parents who grew up in more practical times. Her parents are from South Korea, with her father being Chinese and Japanese, and her mother being Chinese. They speak English, Mandarin and Korean at home. Despite her father being a photographer and her mother being a singer, their immigrant status and drive for success landed them in the restaurant business when they moved to the states.
Lu has been a natural performer since early childhood. At 6 years old, she started dancing, specializing in ballet, tap, and jazz, and had multiple recitals throughout the year. Seeing Kristi Yamaguchi and Michelle Kwan on television for the Olympics began her figure skating career, and she had private lessons every morning at 4am before school. She also dabbled a bit in music, with singing, piano and violin lessons. Growing up in and having her parents' restaurant as her stage with a daily rotating audience, Jessica would entertain each table with a theatrical reading of Beauty and the Beast, a tap dance, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star on the violin, or a serenade of Eternal Flame by the Bangles. Sometimes she would reward herself afterwards by sitting in the customers' laps and eating their food, which they would later remind her plenty of times well into her high school years.
Lu started modeling and acting, and quickly became one of the most sought after child talents in Chicago by the time she was 10 year old, working for huge campaigns such as Calvin Klein, OshKosh, Marshall Fields, Got Milk?, Chicago Place, as well as numerous commercials for McDonald's, Ford Motors, Orville Redenbacher's, Samsung, Kaiser Permanente. She could be seen in billboards around the city, as well as in department stores, weekly ads in the newspaper and on television. Her love for performing continued as she became more involved in theatre productions in junior high and high school, and eventually went on to attend Columbia College Chicago, graduating with a degree in Musical Theatre Performance.
Lu moved to Los Angeles, California in 2008. Soon after she booked the role of Ming Huang on the critically acclaimed MTV series Awkward. Other notable work followed, showcasing her versatility and ease with drama and comedy, including roles such as an insufferable hipster opposite Kathy Bates on FX's American Horror Story: Hotel in which Popsugar included her as one of "The 25 Best American Horror Story Guest Stars", an upscale escort opposite Tim Robbins on HBO's Here and Now with a performance that AVClub wrote was "one of the subtlest, best motivated characters", an adoring admirer opposite Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer on CBS's Two and a Half Men, a lovesick teenager with a terminal illness on FOX's Red Band Society.
As of 2018, Lu can be seen on NBC's Reverie, as tech genius CEO Alexis Barrett, starring alongside Sarah Shahi, Dennis Haysbert, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Kathryn Morris. IndieWire called her a "promising scene stealer" in the pilot episode. SYFYWIRE, as well as other fan sites, expressed their appreciation for Lu's performance week after week, and she quickly became a favorite character. TVLine gave her a Performer of the Week honorary mention by the last episode of the first season, with her "tender performance" breaking hearts.- Jillian Bowen was born on 18 April 1984 in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
