Worst movies i have ever seen in my life
we all have movies we simply hate, cannot stand, or would never dream of seeing. Well, i'm a firm believer that you have to be exposed to something in order to hate it. Same goes for movies.

- DirectorSean Patrick CannonStarsTalan TorrieroJillian MurrayAubrey O'Day"American High School," a romantic comedy, is centered on two people who marry young and contend with the consequences of "bad" actions. It's a story about a young, frightened girl, Gwen Adams who tries to break away from her father, find peace with her husband, and find peace within. In a world that expects everything from her, being herself was the last thing on her mind. When pushed to the breaking point, she discovers her own self-worth. But is it too late?by far one of the most poorly thought out movies with a brainless plot, cast, and arrangement. They repeat scenes over and over, the acting is either lacking in emotion, over acting, or the character is some cliche' that they tried to make cool but failed miserably in the process. Case in point, "Johnny Awesome" who's almost entire dialogue consists of randomly screaming "AWESOME" at some of the most inappropriate times. The movie also makes it seem like you have to get married and that marriage is a simple thing, like the next step after asking your date to prom. I *beep* hate hate this movie.
- DirectorRobert LongoStarsKeanu ReevesDolph LundgrenDina MeyerA data courier, literally carrying a data package inside his head, must deliver it before he dies from the burden or is killed by the Yakuza.hate this one for the vague plot, confusing story structure, and the random toss in of Ice-T. Not to mention, through the entire film, not once does Keanu's suit get dirty, his shirt get untucked, or his tie comes loose, yet he's running around a dirty cityscape while dodging insane mercenaries and bounty hunters. lame.
- DirectorAnne FletcherStarsKatherine HeiglJames MarsdenMalin AkermanAfter serving as a bridesmaid 27 times, a young woman wrestles with the idea of standing by her sister's side as her sibling marries the man she's secretly in love with.besides the fact i cannot stand Cathy Heigl, this movie exemplifies her trashy acting and over acting capacity. skip this if u value your testosterone.
- DirectorMasanori HataStarsKyôko KoizumiDudley MooreChatranThe adventures of a young cat and a dog as they find themselves accidentally separated and each swept into a hazardous trek.not a cute movie, annoying boring narrator, and could do without the puppy and kitty sex and the birthing of their litter. And i saw this when i was 4!
- DirectorTerry GilliamStarsJohnny DeppBenicio Del ToroTobey MaguireAn oddball journalist and his psychopathic lawyer travel to Las Vegas for a series of psychedelic escapades.one of the most overrated movies out there. I would go to parties and everyone would ask "Hey have you seen that movie, fear and loathing"?. And when i told them no, they'd flip out on me, like i was a retard trying to cut a baby's hair with garden sheers. so i finally watched it...and ultimately hated it. the movie tried too hard to trippy, witty, swanky, and cool. In the end, it was jsut what it was, an LSD soaked mind *beep* of useless scenes and dialog.
- DirectorMartin ScorseseStarsLeonardo DiCaprioCameron DiazDaniel Day-LewisIn 1862, Amsterdam Vallon returns to the Five Points area of New York City seeking revenge against Bill the Butcher; his father's killer.way too long of a movie with a lack luster ending. Who wants to watch a film about a guy who watched his father get murdered in front of him, then when he grows up, ends up joining and having a bromance with the very man who killed his dad?! then, when the big RUmble is supposed to happen, the government like always, screws them over and Leo has to settle for stabbing a willing to die Daniel Day Lewis. Boo!
- DirectorMartin ScorseseStarsLeonardo DiCaprioMatt DamonJack NicholsonAn undercover cop and a mole in the police attempt to identify each other while infiltrating an Irish gang in South Boston.not that it was a bad movie, but i hate the fact that this movie was based off of Hong Kong film "Infernal Affairs" and viewers swear it's an orignal screenplay made by Leo and Martin. Certain scenes are almost perfect complete lifts from the orignal film, and it drives me nuts when i try to point this out and people refuse to acknowledge the previous orignal film. so for that reason, i hate this movie with all my body and soul.
- DirectorMark TonderaiStarsJennifer LawrenceElisabeth ShueMax ThieriotAfter moving with her mother to a small town, a teenager finds that an accident happened in the house at the end of the street. Things get more complicated when she befriends a boy. A double murder is not an accident.saw this recently and well, really didn't like it. Not only was the plot twist a crap one, but then you realize this just a teen movie romp through the norman bates hotel with psycho. Cross dressing maniac with family and mental issues, sounds like Norman Bates meets Dawson's creek.
- DirectorTerry GilliamStarsBruce WillisMadeleine StoweBrad PittIn a future world devastated by disease, a convict is sent back in time to gather information about the man-made virus that wiped out most of the human population on the planet.this movie shouldn't have even bothered to have been made, since you can guess what's bruce's fate, not to mention the fact that our Hero will have to witness and know of his impending death over and over through time. What kind of an ending is that?
- DirectorVincenzo NataliStarsNicole de BoerMaurice Dean WintDavid HewlettA group of strangers awaken to find themselves placed in a giant cube. Each one of them is gifted with a special skill and they must work together to escape an endless maze of deadly traps.i didn't like how the antagonist went from the cube itself, to the crazy angry black ex cop who kills and beats just about everyone who is left alive. I liked the premise, but after multiple viewings, i grew to loathe this film.
- DirectorIrwin WinklerStarsSamuel L. Jackson50 CentJessica BielThree soldiers struggle to readjust to life at home after returning home from a lengthy tour in Iraq.i don't know if they felt that adding 50 cent to this movie would improve sales, but it didn't. This movie had a lot of promise, but at times it came off unrealistic and rushed.
- DirectorDavid TwohyStarsVin DieselJudi DenchColm FeoreThe wanted criminal Richard Bruno Riddick arrives on a planet called Helion Prime and finds himself up against an invading empire called the Necromongers, an army that plans to convert or kill all humans in the universe.Pitch black was meant to be a stand alone movie, no sequel. But fans can be morons and a sequel was made which sucked. the antagonist sounded more like a business man or a guy who would give power point presentations, not some otherworld warlord.
- DirectorKazuaki KiriyaStarsYûsuke IseyaKumiko AsôAkira TeraoLive-action sci-fi movie based on a 1973 Japanese animé of the same name (Shinzo Ningen Casshân). Theme song by Utada Hikaru.i was hopeful of this one, having liked the OVA anime and tv series. But this movie, although visually pleasing, was a flop in my book.
With not nearly enough action with Casshern, and with the action they did have, he gets his ass handed to him. He only wins by chance, and i always disliked that in films, a hollow victory. YOu get your ass kicked, and you throw one punch and the dude is out for the count. whatever. - DirectorLana WachowskiLilly WachowskiStarsKeanu ReevesLaurence FishburneCarrie-Anne MossFreedom fighters Neo, Trinity and Morpheus continue to lead the revolt against the Machine Army, unleashing their arsenal of extraordinary skills and weaponry against the systematic forces of repression and exploitation.yet another movie meant to be a stand alone but popularity happened again. You can just see the cracks in the plot, dialogue, story pacing, and character interaction. I really didn't care if Trinity lived or died, i enjoyed the whole three fights they had in the film..and that's it.
- DirectorLana WachowskiLilly WachowskiStarsKeanu ReevesLaurence FishburneCarrie-Anne MossThe human city of Zion defends itself against the massive invasion of the machines as Neo fights to end the war at another front while also opposing the rogue Agent Smith.as if the previous mess wasn't enough, crowds enjoyed the taste and sight of crap and asked for more, and they got their wish with this one. At this point you can tell the director and producers were sick and tired of this movie serial and wanted to move on because the plot was just another advancement of the previous two with less CGI gang fights, and more giant mech robot fights against technosquids. So you're telling us, we sat through 3 movies, 2 not worth our time or money, to have our boy Neo, make a deal and die?
So...basically two movies ago, all Neo had to do, was go to the head robot penis, tell them he'd give his life in exchange for them to leave the human race alone, and the decades long war, the enslavement of humankind, the countless lives lost through the genocide...will all be forgiven and forgotten, if one dude Jack Kevorkian's himself.
*beep* LAME - DirectorJoe AlvesStarsDennis QuaidBess ArmstrongSimon MacCorkindaleA giant thirty-five-foot shark becomes trapped in a SeaWorld theme park and it's up to the sons of police chief Brody to rescue everyone.I love a good Jaws flick, but not this one. Even if i was around for the orignal theatrical release, complete with cardboard 3d glasses, i would still be appauled by the special effects of this movie. And you'd think by now, those giant sharks would find another family to terrorize. what are the odds of within a person's last 30 years of life, they have three seperate encounters with a killer white shark?! apparently not enough, because they made an even worse 4th one
- DirectorJoseph SargentStarsLorraine GaryLance GuestMario Van PeeblesChief Brody's widow believes that her family is deliberately being targeted by another shark in search of revenge.if they were beating this dead horse in the previous entry, this one is them finally moving the carcass out of the room, but then wheeling it back in to give a couple more whacks, just to be sure.
A shark that stalks the last remnants of the Brody family across the globe, then gets killed by a laser....yeah...a laser... - DirectorJames IsaacStarsKane HodderLexa DoigJeff GeddisJason Voorhees is cryogenically frozen at the beginning of the 21st century, and is discovered in the 25th century and taken to space. He gets thawed, and begins stalking and killing the crew of the spaceship that's transporting him.what were they thinking with this one? Sure Jason is a marketable franchise, but the point was, they kept him on planet earth, on the campgrounds, near the lake. yeah he went to New York to cause some trouble, but at least he wasn't thrown into the future and had to battle cheesy bitchdroid with detachable nipples who wants to make a boy into an exploited boy who sleeps with homemade robots who gets smarter as they bang. cheesy..this movie belonged in a campy B movie titled "Masked murderers from space!" or "Robot babes and killer cyborgs"
- DirectorTodd PhillipsStarsBradley CooperZach GalifianakisEd HelmsTwo years after the bachelor party in Las Vegas, Phil, Stu, Alan, and Doug jet to Thailand for Stu's wedding. Stu's plan for a subdued pre-wedding brunch, however, goes seriously awry.and why does this movie suck? gee, maybe because it's one of the most unimaginative movies out there. instead of creating a whole new orignal movie, they just took the same exact premise of the first one, changed location, took out a character, and bam, you have a "new" movie. i got through maybe 20 minutes of this before i contracted explosive diarrhea from long exposure.
- DirectorRidley ScottStarsNoomi RapaceLogan Marshall-GreenMichael FassbenderFollowing clues to the origin of mankind, a team finds a structure on a distant moon, but they soon realize they are not alone.what should have been a good, no GREAT movie did not happen.
I think because they kept flip flopping from "it's a prequel to Alien!" to "no, it's not a prequel, it's just in the same universe", people who were fans of the franchise didn't really know what to expect. Since not a single alien popped up in the movie until a "protoype" one popped up at the end, viewers were disappointed, i know i was. THe only inkling that his movie was in the same universe were three references, Wayland Yutani company, the space jockey, and the space jockey ship. that's it, and the movie still doesn't explain why the space jockey's made the xenomorphs, just theories were posited. not good enough Ridley Scott, not good enough. - DirectorTarsem SinghStarsHenry CavillMickey RourkeJohn HurtTheseus is a mortal man chosen by Zeus to lead the fight against the ruthless King Hyperion, who is on a rampage across Greece to obtain a weapon that can destroy humanity.not even Stephen Dorff could save this flop. The plot was shaky, the characters dull and boring, the action was even boring! A movie trying too hard to cling to the success of 300 and clash of the titans. aside from the Greek Mythology being all sorts of messed up where Greek gods are using Norse gods weapons really annoyed me. In fact, they could have done a better job if they had handed this to some stop motion guy with a super 8 and a pack fo cigarettes.
- DirectorSteve PinkStarsJustin LongJonah HillBlake LivelyA high school slacker who's rejected by every school he applies to opts to create his own institution of higher learning, the South Harmon Institute of Technology, on a rundown piece of property near his hometown.not a very funny movie at all. I know this wasn't supposed to be a realistic movie, but for craps sake, you're telling me the premise of this school is so kids can give them their money, to go to a place to let them do whatever they want with no real value to it? These kids will waste their time and money to slack off for the sake of having the right to slack off? Dude has his school of rocking out, cool, you jump in front of a mirror with a mike and lipsync songs...this holds importance or value because....because you just want to? lame.
- DirectorWych KaosayanandaStarsAntonio BanderasLucy LiuTalisa SotoTasked with destroying each other, an FBI agent and a rogue DIA agent soon discover that a much bigger enemy is at work.where to even begin with this one? the fact that they sacraficed story telling elements and character developement for explosions, guns, and weaksauce choreographed fights? I was actually embarassed to be in the theatre watching this movie. For decent actors, they sure didn't act the part, it looked more like their first time ever acting and it was like the first time the director ever directed. The only thing they got right, were the inhuman amount of explostion and pyro they used to make this crap.
- DirectorDennis DuganStarsAdam SandlerKatie HolmesAl PacinoFamily guy, Jack Sadelstein, prepares for the annual event he always dreads--the Thanksgiving visit of his fraternal twin sister, the needy, and passive-aggressive Jill, who then refuses to leave.Adam Sandler's brand of humor is getting stale fast and he knows it. So to spice things up, he thought if he made a movie about two identical twins and how they are so different, it'd be a hit. A hit in the nuts is more like it, why he felt he had to play the female role is beyond me, you could have gotten Sarah Silverman to do that role and it would have come out two shades less brown. So it's bad enough having one annoying shouting, over acting Adam Sandler, now you got an annoying shouting, over acting Adam Sandler in drag.
- DirectorJohn Carl BuechlerStarsMichael MoriartyShelley HackNoah HathawayA wicked troll king in search of a mystical ring that will transform him to human form invades a San Francisco apartment complex where a powerful witch lives.to keep it simple, they made it all sound like a horror suspense film in the orignal trailers, but once you view this one, it quickly degrades into a b-movie kiddy romp. This movie was geared towards children and grown ups with child like mannerisms. Boring, bad bad acting, and horrible plot altogether.
- DirectorJoel SchumacherStarsVal KilmerTommy Lee JonesJim CarreyBatman must battle former district attorney Harvey Dent, who is now Two-Face and Edward Nygma, The Riddler with help from an amorous psychologist and a young circus acrobat who becomes his sidekick, Robin. They dropped Michael Keaton and tagged on Val Kilmer, while allowing Tommy Lee Jones to over act way too much for his role of two face, and Jim Carry was just his usual annoying self for the riddler. Maybe if they had done some better work on Batman and not just bank on "Everyone knows who he and Bruce Wayne are, we'll just let them make up who he is". Val Kilmer brought nothing new to the role of Batman, no new personality, no new traits, just a guy to fill in.
- DirectorJoel SchumacherStarsArnold SchwarzeneggerGeorge ClooneyChris O'DonnellBatman and Robin try to keep their relationship together even as they must stop Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy from freezing Gotham City.the cheesy dialogue, character designs, and setting all did shame to the franchise. First off, why would anyone want to retreat back to Batman's campy era? instead of keeping the dark and brooding atmosphere, they decided to throw in as many loops and angles as possible. It's like that one despondent employee at the burger joint who's last day is up and they don't give a damn about who does what". Bane was pussy, Poison Ivy was ridiculous, and Arnie as Mr. Freeze really screwed the pooch. Nipples on batsuits..nuff said.
- DirectorGeorge LucasStarsEwan McGregorLiam NeesonNatalie PortmanTwo Jedi escape a hostile blockade to find allies and come across a young boy who may bring balance to the Force, but the long dormant Sith resurface to claim their original glory.not even a cool dual bladed light sabor wielding sith could save this movie. Jar Jar binks and the overall cheesy, campy, little kids style story telling really killed this once much anticipated prequel.
- DirectorGeorge LucasStarsHayden ChristensenNatalie PortmanEwan McGregorTen years after initially meeting, Anakin Skywalker shares a forbidden romance with Padmé Amidala, while Obi-Wan Kenobi discovers a secret clone army crafted for the Jedi.whiny Hayden Christennson, this movie had some decent and crap acting, some characters just didnt' seem capable of getting into their characters. Well, only Hayden
- DirectorVictor SalvaStarsGina PhilipsJustin LongJonathan BreckA brother and sister driving home through isolated countryside for spring break encounter a flesh-eating creature which is in the midst of its ritualistic eating spree.Josh Long has a rose tattoo on his belly, how homo is that?!
The ending sucked not because dude dies, but because it was very anticlimatic, like the movie was struggling so bad to be orignal, that they opted to give a disappointing ending for the sake of "going off of the beaten path" and being different. forgettable, and it's sad when a sequel does better than a predecessor. - DirectorF. Gary GrayStarsSamuel L. JacksonKevin SpaceyDavid MorseIn a desperate attempt to prove his innocence, a skilled police negotiator accused of corruption and murder takes hostages in a government office to gain the time he needs to find the truth.confusing as all hell, the suspenseful scenes weren't all that suspenseful, and it did a good job making the police force look like a bunch of pussies. like previous girlfriends, i've had better
- DirectorSteve WangStarsDavid HayterKathy ChristophersonBruno PatrickSean Barker, unwilling host to an alien bio-armor known as the Guyver, must fight the Kronos Corporation again before they discover the secrets of the Guyver's origin.too bad for this one, i like the franchise and even marginally enjoyed the first movie. But this one, our boy spends more time bitching and crying about being something so bad ass it's unfair. It's gets super dull when Sean has to decide if he's going to transform or do it like a regular guy, more times than not, he does it like a regular guy. When we finally do get to see him change into the guyver, it's in time to see him get his ass handed to him. Once again, this is a movie that incorporates the hero getting beaten to a pulp and then magically winning by one well placed super attack.
- DirectorOren PeliStarsKatie FeatherstonMicah SloatMark FredrichsAfter moving into a suburban home, a couple becomes increasingly disturbed by a nightly demonic presence.movie was not scary in the least bit. boring, very very boring, waiting for a long time for the actors to do something aside from sitting at a table and talking...and talking...and talking. I know they wanted to purvey a sense of amatureish video and a home camera feel, but if we wanted to see people go about their lives so casually and dully, why would we have paid money to come see this slop?
- DirectorRupert HarveyStarsDon Keith OpperTerrence MannPaul WhitthorneAfter being cryogenically frozen and waking up on a space station in the near future, the Critters aim to have the unwitting crew for lunch.should have been given a more cheesy campy title like "Critters in space" because that's what this movie amounts to. All previous entries were good if not passable, but this one, it goes along with all the other played out horror flicks, SEND THEM TO SPACE.
- DirectorPaul W.S. AndersonStarsSanaa LathanLance HenriksenRaoul BovaDuring an archaeological expedition on Bouvetøya Island in Antarctica, a team of archaeologists and other scientists find themselves caught up in a battle between the two legends. Soon, the team realize that only one species can win.really really really disappointed with this one, this was a franchise i've loved since i was a kid and had been following up until the movie. Man, i could have waited 5 more years just so they could work the story around better. But my main gripe? The fact that the xenomorphs aren't discovered unitl the deep far future with Riply and the Solacco complex. In this movie, it has humans discovering the xenomorphs in the present day. If this wsa the case, how did Ripley and crew get surprised so badly later on?
- DirectorPaul W.S. AndersonStarsChristopher LambertRobin ShouLinden AshbyThree unknowing martial artists are summoned to a mysterious island to compete in a tournament whose outcome will decide the fate of the world.i liked this movie as a kid because i was a kid and i grew up with this classic game. But once i got older, wiser, more jaded, i found this movie unwatchable, laughable at times, and utterly trash. Just the fact they made Scorpions weapon an organic living thing was just plain stupid, especially when he kills it during the first 5 minutes of his battle. How about when he screams "Get down here!" cheese heaven.
- DirectorFrancis Ford CoppolaStarsMartin SheenMarlon BrandoRobert DuvallA U.S. Army officer serving in Vietnam is tasked with assassinating a renegade Special Forces Colonel who sees himself as a god.one of the most overrated movies out there, people think because something is made by an award winning guy, it's instantly gold. SOrry, but no matter how many times you paint and spin a pile of crap, it's still crap. This film was a diservice to our veterans, made the war look even more haphazard than it already was, you can't tell if the movie is trying to make a spiritual deep poignant point, or it's a random acid trip reference or flashback. I saw this even when i was at my most impressionable at age 16, and still hated it.
- DirectorJames YukichStarsRobert PatrickMark DacascosScott WolfTwo brothers have half of a powerful ancient Chinese talisman. An evil gang leader has the other half, and determines to get the brothers' half and have a complete medallion so he can gain absolute power.scott wolf, nuff said. i didn't even need to watch this film in it's entirety to know it's crap. The story and acting was horrid, not to mention a production company actually thought they could still cash in on a franchise that was on it's last legs. The last Double Dragon adaption before "neon" was on super nintendo. It took the beginning martial arts competition to convince me to skip this one. So glad i did.
- DirectorBryan BertinoStarsScott SpeedmanLiv TylerGemma WardA young couple staying in an isolated vacation home are terrorized by three unknown assailants.boo! this movie had promise of being a creepy movie, but they tried to make it so vague and seem so random that in the end, you didn't really care if they lived or died and the antagonists really weren't scary insomuch as "an annoying neighbor who won't go away".
My fave scene? When they accidently blow their best buddy away point blank with a double barrel shotgun..to the head. HILARIOUS!!! - DirectorRussell MulcahyStarsChristopher LambertSean ConneryVirginia MadsenIn the future, Highlander Connor MacLeod must prevent the destruction of Earth under an anti-ozone shield.simply horrid special effects, plot, and dialogue. I cringed at the rushed "passionate street sex scene" that Conner McCloud and that lady. Not enough can be said about this disappointment to a once promising franchise.
- DirectorBrent MaddockStarsMichael GrossShawn ChristianSusan ChuangThe now famous Burt Gummer returns to his hometown of Perfection, Nevada for the first time in years, but the deadliest Graboid evolution yet forces him to save the town he swore to protect.by this movie only the character of Burt still wanted to somehow cash in this once living cash cow. I liked the first one, withstood the second one, but this one just simply got stupid, because once these things no longer burrow in the ground, it's not longer allowed to be called "tremors".
- DirectorHarold P. WarrenStarsTom NeymanJohn ReynoldsDiane AdelsonA family gets lost on the road and stumbles upon a hidden, underground, devil-worshiping cult led by the fearsome Master and his servant Torgo.so bad it's good, but not entirely in a good way. Such horrible horrible acting, dialogue, and budget. The sadder thing is, they were totally serious when making this movie and wanted it to be a chilling horror film. The only scary thing about it is the fact it somehow got greenlit.
- DirectorDavid S. GoyerStarsWesley SnipesKris KristoffersonParker PoseyBlade, now a wanted man by the FBI, must join forces with the Nightstalkers to face his most challenging enemy yet: Dracula.i feel like this was a subtle middle finger in some way, with the sudden inclusion of new characters, death of old ones, throwing in random pro wrestlers who still can't act even when given a real grown up hollywood salary. even the deleted scenes added on the DVD didn't make the film or movie experience any better.
- DirectorSteve MinerStarsBridget FondaBill PullmanOliver PlattFour people attempt to stop a gigantic crocodile, who is terrorizing residents in Black Lake, Maine.we'll just call this one Anti-climatic giant gator film.
After all the bull jive that goes on in this movie, all it takes is one well placed rifle shot, and you got gumbo. boo. - DirectorSam RaimiStarsTobey MaguireKirsten DunstWillem DafoeAfter being bitten by a genetically-modified spider, a shy teenager gains spider-like abilities that he uses to fight injustice as a masked superhero and face a vengeful enemy.i really didn't like this because of simple details. ONe, i think it was really dumb to have Peter Parker spin his own organic web as opposed to creating web shooters. Second, i didn't need to watch a movie with majority of the time spent seeing how dude becomes spiderman. ANyone who is in that theatre is most likely already a spiderman fan, WE ALL KNOW HOW HE BECAME SPIDERMAN!!! we don't need a two hour long feature to show us. So it was boring as hell for me, and when he does get the hang of his powers, he barely uses them! We see him kick Green Goblin once...and the rest of the time he's getting thrown around and beaten. Not a fun movie, the second was better.
- DirectorBryan SingerStarsBrandon RouthKevin SpaceyKate BosworthSuperman returns to Earth after spending five years in space examining his homeworld Krypton. But he finds things have changed while he was gone, and he must once again prove himself important to the world.was never a big fan of superman and this movie just proves it. One, i've always hated his character design, two, that spit curl annoys the crap out of me. three, as always, it's Kryptonite that gets him, not some new weapon, enemy, but good ole kryptonite. When they are beating the stuffing out of him, i loved that part and wanted to applaud the bad guys for finally putting super dude in his place. I always love it when superman is shown being vulnerable and hurt, that way he's not so omnipitent.
- DirectorBryan SingerStarsPatrick StewartHugh JackmanIan McKellenIn a world where mutants (evolved super-powered humans) exist and are discriminated against, two groups form for an inevitable clash: the supremacist Brotherhood, and the pacifist X-Men.basically, this movie was about Wolverine getting close to Rogue and Magneto being a jerk. Everyone and everything else in this film matters little because that's how much time they spent on everything else. They could have picked a better Wolverine, not only is he too tall,, but they did away with the gruff loner wolverine and opted for a womanizing, smooth talking, smart aleck one.
- DirectorBrett RatnerStarsPatrick StewartHugh JackmanHalle BerryThe human government develops a cure for mutations, and Jean Grey becomes a darker uncontrollable persona called the Phoenix who allies with Magneto, causing escalation into an all-out battle for the X-Men.here's a movie where we'll kill off most of the major characters, spend as little time with the characters so when they do die, no one will care enough. congrats FOX and Marvel, you did just that.
Not only did you create a bad smell to end the trilogy, but you made some the most one dimensional, selfish, brainless x-men in the entire franchise. When professor X and Cyclops perish, they hold a 2 minute funeral and then go about their lives without ever talking about the dead EVER AGAIN in the film. - DirectorGavin HoodStarsHugh JackmanLiev SchreiberRyan ReynoldsThe early years of James Logan, featuring his rivalry with his brother Victor Creed, his service in the special forces team Weapon X, and his experimentation into the metal-lined mutant Wolverine.does FOX and Marvel know how to disappoint or what? The mutilation of classic favourite characters, the time paradox this movie created with xmen first class is huge, where Logan saves Emma Frost when she's a teen in what looks to be modern day even though it's supposed to take place further back than that, and yet she pops up as a grown woman in Xmen first class. THey butchered Wolverine to the fullest in this film. The fact they made Sabretooth and Victor Creed two seperate people is simply stupid, even making him his brother made it even worse. ANyone who has read the orignal "Origin" graphic novel will be deeply disappointed from one frame to the next in this feature. The only scene i liked was the opening war sequence. that's it.
- DirectorDon BluthStarsDom DeLuiseChristopher PlummerErica YohnWhile emigrating to the United States, a young Russian mouse gets separated from his family and must locate them while trying to survive in a new country.even as a kid i hated this movie. what can i say, i have this deep hatred for all mouse themed cartoons, especially dumb ones about immigrant mice getting lost on the way to Ellis Island. Now i'll give it kudos for taking place during a turbulent part of American history, but that's it.
- DirectorRachel TalalayStarsLori PettyIce-TNaomi WattsA girl is among the few survivors of a dystopian Earth. Riding a war tank, she fights against the tyranny of a mega-corporation that dominates the remaining potable water supply of the planet.too bad for this one, i had high hopes for it and it ended up being too quarky even for me. There's even this one bulls eye teeshirt i swear everyone in this movie takes turns wearing. the story was interesting, even the visuals, but the acting and off kilter twists just sort of ruined it for me.
- DirectorKevin ReynoldsStarsKevin CostnerJeanne TripplehornDennis HopperIn a future where the polar ice-caps have melted and Earth is almost entirely submerged, a mutated mariner fights starvation and outlaw "smokers," and reluctantly helps a woman and a young girl try to find dry land.overweight Kevin Costner in skin tight clothes along with a cast who try too hard to be the evil bad guy villains and the heroes who try too hard to be good.
- DirectorBrian De PalmaStarsTom CruiseJon VoightEmmanuelle BéartAn American agent, under false suspicion of disloyalty, must discover and expose the real spy without the help of his organization.confusing, boring, drawn out, spy thriller? not as much as a film about Tom Cruise with a mysterious conspiracy within. sounds boring? yeah it is. The director and producer knew this too, that's why they came up with all those action packed sequels to make up for this stink fish.
- DirectorLucio FulciStarsTisa FarrowIan McCullochRichard JohnsonStrangers searching for a young woman's missing father arrive at a tropical island where a doctor desperately seeks the cause and cure of a recent epidemic of the undead.voice dubbing is off, creature effects even though awesome, were silly for the 300+ old conquistador zombies which somehow stayed intact for all those years. The music was eerie and forboding, but still sounded like a haunted radiohall from the 80's. the real crowning moment is when they are overwhelmed by the horde and they decide to burn down their shelter with them still in it.
- DirectorPaul W.S. AndersonStarsMilla JovovichMichelle RodriguezRyan McCluskeyA special military unit fights a powerful, out-of-control supercomputer and hundreds of scientists who have mutated into flesh-eating creatures after a laboratory accident.i don't see how this horrid movie ever spawned any sequels but when it first came out, i was excited. After watching it, i gave a long groan that accompanies any badly made video game movie adaption. Not only did this movie have very little to do with Resident evil, but anyone who hadn't been exposed to the video game franchise would think that this movie is canon. They got right a little more in the sequel, but that was only because they included Jill Valentine in her RE3 outift and the Nemesis BOW. Oh, and another craptastic aspect of this film, half of the *beep* cast dies in the laser room.
- DirectorRoland EmmerichStarsMatthew BroderickJean RenoMaria PitilloFrench nuclear tests irradiate an iguana into a giant monster that heads off to New York City. The American military must chase the monster across the city to stop it before it reproduces.this movie was not godzilla by the least bit. It wasn't so much that it was a Americanized creation that forsook all the source material, but the fact they didn't even bother with including the radioactive breath. All they did, was create a giant mutant iguana who could run really really fast.
