- A small, but very selective festival featuring the best in foreign US theatrical releases, as well as foreign and US independents without US distribution. It presents feature and short length, live action, animated, fiction and documentary work. Regardless of its genre, each film must be a compelling balance between substance, craft and art.
- The festival begins in early February and continues until the end of May each year.
