- "Goosebumps" was a series of scary anthology stories based on the children's books by R.L. Stine. Series one was hosted by R.L. Stine for twelve episodes.
- "I am a loner. A destroyed woman. A woman destroyed by people. I have a choice - to kill myself or to kill others." Olga Hepnarová killed eight people with a truck in Prague on 10 July 1973, Hepnarová, born 1951, was convicted and sentenced to death, and was executed in 1975, the last woman executed in Czechoslovakia.
- The body of the missing student is found in an abandoned car. Suspicion falls on local politician Troels Hartmann when it is found that the car is registered to his campaign office.
