- When Wild West cowboy Hunter Grail is resurrected from the dead, he's given the chance to redeem himself by using supernatural powers to save his sister and the world from an evil cult of Flesh-Eaters. Dark, gritty, drama that crosses several genres: Horror, Western and Supernatural. It pays homage to the great Adventure Heroes of the past while incorporating pop culture's fascination with cannibalism. The action takes place in the late 1800s in gold lusting towns where aristocracy lies in the pit of surrounding heathens. The backdrop is as diverse as its inhabitants: Indians, gunslingers, religious zealots, whores, drunks, and historical figures with a twist. The use of supernatural powers has dark, adverse effects on our characters and the audience should absorb these terrors. 19th Century black magic was greatly feared and should always be portrayed from a place of truth and not spectacle. However, this darkness is often countered by our main characters' dire need for survival and reliance on each other, which is often handled with a light and humorous tone. Think Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid or Breaking Bad's -Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.
