Then they get the news that Rajiv has been charged with killing a young woman named Neelam Mehta. Amar is delighted for he will be given a chance to teach Rajiv a lesson, and possibly sentence him to death. During the trial, Rajiv's only defense is that he was with another woman when this murder was committed, but refuses to name this woman. While the judge is pronouncing the sentence, the court proceedings are interrupted when Rajiv's defense lawyer produces the woman who was with Rajiv that entire night - Mrs. Seema Saxena.

Raj is reluctant to accept this but then he changes his mind and accepts being the groom, as he has an agenda of his own and takes advantage of this accident to further his goals. But then he meets Pooja's best friend Jahnvi and falls in love with her. The situation is complicated even more when Pooja wakes up from the coma and begins to show feelings for Raj.

- When anarchy prevails and the screams of the downtrodden become lifeless, a saviour is born to eliminate the tyrants and put an end to their immoral activities. Surajbhan (Mukesh Rishi) is the name of one such despot and Shantinagar is the base of his illegal activities. D.C.P. Shrivastav (Mohan Joshi) and Inspector Thapar (Shiva) are hand-in-glove with him. Krishna (Sunil Shetty) is a victim of Surajbhan's atrocities and has returned from jail after serving a sentence. He learns of Surajbhan's renewed reign of terror and the growth of his illegal activities. How Krishna frees Shantinagar from the clutches of Surajbhan, forms the crux of the film.
- Bombay's Police Inspector Angre is assigned the task to investigate the theft of a Fiat car from Blue Ribbon Hotel which belonged to Ghanshyamdas Gupta. The alleged culprit is hospitalized, is claiming a memory loss, and had attempted to choke the life out of his nurse. Then a wealthy industrialist shows up stating that this young man is his son, Sikander, takes him home with him and arranges for a companion, Roopesh, to be with him all the time. Angre continues to pursue this matter but is all the more perplexed when he is notified by Inspectors K.K. Diwan and P.C. Yadav that Sikander is actually Poona-based Jony K. D'Souza, a career thief, who may have killed his wife, Janice, as well as his companion, Roopesh, and is on his way back to Bombay. Angre deduces that since Sikander got off the train at Dadar Railway Station, and is more likely to be anywhere from Bombay Central to Borivili or from Parel to Chembur. Angre will subsequently be faced with another mystery when the culprit surfaces again - this time with the identity of Aakash, the fiancé of a young woman, Meghna. While Angre is determined to find out the culprit's real identity, Meghna is certain that he is an impostor as she is sure that Aakash was killed by gangsters. The question remains: who is this culprit and what exactly is his real identity?
