- Iconic British children's animated series set in the fictional, picturesque village of the title. Each episode opens with a character emerging from a music box and they will be the central character of the forthcoming story.
- A sequel, of sorts, to Camberwick Green but set in the larger, nearby town of Trumpton. Each episode opens with the town hall clock and ends with the fire brigade band playing. Every show tells the story of one of the townsfolk.
- The third and final part of the 'Trumptonshire Trilogy' is set in the industrial hamlet of Chigley near Camberwick Green. Each episode tells the story of a local but also feature characters from the previous two series.
- Mr Crockett gets called out to help the baker Mickey Murphy who can't start his van. Back at the garage he finds Dr Mopp and Farmer Bell waiting for petrol. He fills the Doctor's car but Bell thinks his truck has been refilled.
- Peter collects the mail and takes it to the Post Office where Mrs Dingle and he sort it. Peter takes the post to Pippin Fort causing chaos as he arrives during parade. At Colley's mill his postbag goes for a spin on the sails.
- Farmer Jonathan Bell arrives at Colley's Mill with some corn to grind. Windy Miller offers him some cider but he declines it. Mickey Murphy has received an order for some cakes but needs more flour but at the mill Windy is asleep.
- Dr Mopp is doing his rounds visiting patients. Village gossip Mrs Honeyman leaves her baby unattended while she is talking to Mrs Dingle. The baby gets spots of red paint on its face. Seeing the spots she thinks the baby is ill.
- Every Saturday young Paddy Murphy helps Tripp's dairy with their deliveries. They pick up milk, butter and eggs from Bell's farm and make their deliveries. But today Tabatha the cat has knocked over all the milk bottles.
- Farmer Bell gives the postman a lift to Colley's Mill, where he makes fun of the small number of eggs Windy Miller produces. Later, the farmer can't sell his eggs in the village as everyone has been buying Windy's free range eggs.
- The soldiers of Pippin Fort are sent out to help with jobs in the village. Private Meek is given the job of taking baby Honeyman to the chemist shop while Mrs Honeyman is in Welchester. But Meek seems to have gone missing.
- At his farm, Farmer Bell is showing Mr Dagenham how useful the fork lift truck he bought from him is. Dagenham then goes to the fort where he is showing Captain Snort plans for something very expensive. What could it be?
- P.C. McGarry is off on his motorbike touring Camberwick Green. The boys at the fort get called out as a swarm of bees are causing mayhem at the bakery. While the soldiers set up a temporary shop, McGarry goes to look for Windy.
- Roger is sweeping the chimney at Mickey Murphy's bakery when Windy Miller comes in and asks him to clean his chimney at the windmill. But when Mickey tries to clean up he finds the water supply has been cut off, can Windy help?
- Mr Carraway calls in at Colley's Mill where Windy Miller seems to be doing something in secret. Carraway shows Windy a painting of the ship his Grandfather sailed on. On his way back from the fort the painting gets broken.
- Mickey burns his hands while baking so Private Lumley of Pippin Fort is drafted in to help. But Lumley has problems telling left from right and sells all of Farmer Bell's special order of walnut cakes. Can Windy save the day?
- When workmen come to the village Mrs Honeyman gets the wrong end of the stick and thinks they have come to dig up the village green. P.C. McGarry is called but is powerless to stop them so the villagers organize a protest.
- When Farmer Bell delivers some produce to the Chigley biscuit factory he finds that a box of biscuits meant for delivery has been left behind. Bell gives them to Lord Belborough to take to Treddles Wharf on his train Bessie.
- Chimney sweep Roger Varley comes to Winkstead Hall to help clean Bessie the steam engine and Binnie the pumping engine. But the hall has run out of coal so they have to go in Bessie to Treddles Wharf to pick up a load of coal.
- Dr Mopp goes to the Chigley Pottery to buy a vase for his sister. Lord Belborough arrives on his steam engine Bessie to take a crate of pottery to Treddles Wharf where he collects a mysterious crate. What could it contain?
- The Mayor of Trumpton visits Lord Belborough and asks him for fund-raising ideas for the Old People's Holiday Fund. When Lord Belborough has to go to the Pottery he gives Winnie a ride on Bessie. Her balloon gives him an idea.
- At Chigley Pottery, Mr Farthing tells P.C. McGarry that there is not much demand for stone sculptures these days. When McGarry visits the biscuit factory he suggests to Mr Cresswell that a stone fountain would look nice.
- When Lord Belborough takes delivery of a new lawnmower he accidentally sends it crashing into his garden wall. He asks Mr Clutterbuck, the builder, to come and rebuild it. But a delivery of bricks is waiting at Treddles Wharf.
- Cuthbert, one of the firemen, has got the day off so he is going to meet his Aunt. But when he goes in to Mr Platt's shop to get his watch repaired he misses his Aunt's arrival. The Fire Brigade are called out to find Cuthbert.
- On a windy day the Mayor goes to inspect the park and finds a broken bench. Chippy Minton is sent for. Miss Lovelace is walking her dogs in the park and the Mayor's hat gets stuck in a tree. The Fire Brigade come to retrieve it.
- Miss Lovelace asks Chippy Minton to come around and fix her door which is sticking. While he and Nibbs are working on the door her dogs escape into the street causing a truck to swerve and knock the crown off the Queen's statue.
- The Mayor informs Mr Platt the clockmaker that the Town Hall clock is going to be painted. After Mr Harkin finishes the job Mr Troop goes into Mr Platt's shop to tell him that the clock has stopped. What could be stopping it?
- The flower seller, Mrs Cobbit, isn't at her usual pitch in the square. Chippy Minton finds that a branch has smashed through her roof damaging her flowers and now Mr Antonio has set up his ice cream van on her spot in the square.
- Mr Platt is showing Mrs Cobbit his homing pigeons but Chippy doesn't think that they can fly home. So Mr Platt tells him to take one home and release it. But a storm brings down a tree blocking the road. How can they get help?
- Chaos ensues when one of Miss Lovelace's dogs falls down a manhole where an engineer is trying to fix the Mayor's phone line. The dog disconnects all the wires and the engineer mixes them up causing everyone to get crossed lines.
- Nobody knows what to get the Mayor for his birthday. Chippy sees an artist painting outside his cottage but only later hears that the Mayor would like a painting of the Town Hall. Now where has that artist gone? The search is on.
- Chippy and Nibbs are called out to the Town Hall to fix some squeaky floorboards. But they are forced to call out the plumber when they find that the water tank is leaking. But it is too big to get through the trapdoor.
- Mr Munnings is printing some posters advertising the Fire Brigade band's forthcoming concert. Captain Flack tells his men to put the posters up around town but where can they put them? Nick Fisher the bill poster helps them out.
- The Mayor launches a 'Tidy Up Trumpton' campaign prompting Mrs Minton to clean out Chippy's workshop. She gives an old rocking horse to the rag and bone man but doesn't know that Chippy has been saving all their money in it.
- Mr Robinson the window cleaner arrives in the square. While he is cleaning Miss Lovelace's windows she asks him to have a look at her chimney. But while he's up there Mr Troop removes his ladder leaving him stuck on the roof.
- While showing his butler an antique vase Lord Belborough drops it breaking it. The butler puts the pieces in the dustbin which is collected by the dustmen. But when they go to Treddles Wharf there is a surprise in store.
- Mr Carraway the fishmonger delivers to the canteen at the biscuit factory when P.C. McGarry comes to tell him that the Chigley bridge has been closed. The soldiers of Pippin Fort have a temporary bridge at Treddles Wharf though.
