But then a young woman named Juliane Martens is found dead - and suddenly the old friends have to move back together. Because the police suspect Hannes of all people as the perpetrator, as he camped with his trailer near the crime scene and was the last to be seen with the victim. Piet knows that his rascal brother would not be capable of such a brutal crime and decides to protect him. It's not that easy at all, because the awkward Inspector Röder would like to arrest Hannes immediately. Rüdiger and Paula are also involved in the search for a murderer - and so the old combo starts again, not realizing that Paula, of all people, is closer to the perpetrator than she can be: a respected citizen of the city, actually beyond any doubt .
