- Two dimwit owners (Robert Carradine, Richard Hillman) of a struggling hauling company are approached about hauling a huge, mysterious box across country at the end of the century. The cargo has religious significance and may be an attempt to release Satan in the Devil's Triangle to start the next century. En route, many step out to try to stop their delivery including Patrick Kilpatrick as a gay ex-con, Talia Shire playing in drag, Morton Downey, Jr. as a tv celebrity, and Rosanna Arquette as a gun-toting sexpot.
- A grieving Copenhagen cop, Louise, who has just lost her husband to war, asks a friend, CC, a war veteran himself, to infiltrate a fast-rising organized crime gang run by Tom.
- CC earns Tom's trust and makes inroads into his inner circle of hard-boiled gang members.
- Tom elevates CC's status in his club to full member and, with his help, tries to execute a drug deal with the Italian mob which goes bad.
- After a violent night, CC takes an injured Tom to a safe place. Meanwhile, Louise rethinks the mission, and the Wolves declare war on Akhmed.
- As Tom summons everyone to the clubhouse to flush out the traitor, CC scrambles to cover his tracks. Louise scours the city for Akhmed.
- On the run with Tom, CC makes one last bid to salvage the case. Louise defies orders as she embarks on a frantic solo mission.
