Rita Ora is a British singer-songwriter. She was born Rita Sahatçiu Ora in 1990 in Pristina, Kosovo, to Vera (Bajraktari) and Besnik Sahatçiu. She is a granddaughter of director Besim Sahatçiu. At age one, her family decided to move to the United Kingdom. She grew up in West London and attended St Cuthbert with St Matthias CE Primary School in Earls Court, following which she graduated from Sylvia Young Theatre School and then St Charles Catholic Sixth Form College. She began singing from a young age.
In 2004, she appeared in the British film Spivs. She auditioned for Eurovision: Your Country Needs You on BBC One to be the British contestant for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest but later withdrew from the competition after a few episodes as she did not feel ready.
In 2007, Ora had her first music release when she appeared on Craig David's track entitled "Awkward" and then again in 2008 on "Where's Your Love" featuring Tinchy Stryder, for which she also appears in the music video. Ora began singing in bars in and around London, and in 2009 a A&R told Roc Nation about Ora, a few days after Ora flew out to New York and met Jay-Z. In 2009, Ora made a cameo on Jay-Z's video for "Young Forever" and "Over" by Drake. Ora caught the attention of Jay-Z and he quietly signed her to Roc Nation, in which she was featured in a commercial for Roc Nation + Skullcandy Aviator Headphones.- Actor

Born and raised in Prishtina, he was forced to leave for Austria in the early 90's, after the wars in former Yugoslavia broke out. He started his acting carrier in 1993 as Romeo in an amateur Theatre Group in Salzburg, Austria. This was followed with a contract in a professional ensemble where he went on to act for the next 3 years. In 1996 he moved to NYC and studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, for the next two years. After returning to Austria in 1998, he continued working as a stage actor in Vienna. During this period he got interested in the other aspects of filmmaking and made his first short film Blownaway. Since 2007 he lives in Amsterdam where he works mainly as an actor. His debut feature "T'padashtun" premiered at the prestigious Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in 2017 and was selected as Kosovo's entry for the 2018 Best Foreign Film Academy Award. He is a member of the European Film Academy since 2017.- Rina Krasniqi was born in Pristina, Kosovo in 1996 in the midst of the Yugoslav war. Her parents, both long standing professionals in the cultural industry, influenced her to start performing and acting at a very early age. At four years old, she was on stage singing 'Daba Daba', one of the most well known Kosovar children's songs. A song that has since become an anthem for her generation and many others. During her childhood she further explored her talents in music, performing, and excelling in her training to become a singer: an alto, and a musician: piano, guitar and percussion.
In 2014, she was awarded a full scholarship to pursue her studies at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pristina. Throughout the entirety of her studies, Rina made appearances in several popular TV sitcoms in Kosovo: Çka ka Shpija (2015), O sa mirë (2017), and Egjeli (2018). She never abandoned her passion for the stage, appearing in numerous theatre plays: 'World War III' by Florent Mehmeti and 'Doll Factory' by Naser Shatrolli.
Rina Krasniqi later graduated top in her Masters for Acting in the stunning performance of Shakespeare's 'Lady Macbeth'. She has received the 'Best MonoStrip Award' at the International Monodrama Festival in 2017 and 'Kosovo's Rising Stars' at the 2019 Pristina International Film festival (PriFest). She is considered one of the most promising young actors out of Kosovo and Eastern Europe.
In 2019, upon graduating, Rina was casted for the leading role (where she has been brilliantly portraying the role of a sworn virgin in the rural Mountains of Albania) in the 'The Albanian Virgin' (2021), a German-Belgian-Albanian coproduction.

Yllka Gashi is an Albanian, Kosovo-born actress best known for her portrayal of Zana in the hit Albanian sitcom Familja Moderne. Yllka started her acting career at 17 after being cast on her first ever audition in 1999 and has since appeared in numerous stage productions and feature films. In 2015, she immigrated to the United States with her husband and young daughter. Yllka's American breakthrough came in Blerta Basholli's acclaimed HIVE which became the first film ever to win three major Sundance Film Festival Awards in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition. Blerta Basholli is a writer/director with a unique realistic visual style. Her stories touch upon social and gender issues from the country where she was born and raised, Kosova, and beyond.
Basholli's debut feature film Hive (2021), broke Sundance records where she swept the Grand Jury Prize, the Directing Award, and the Audience Award in the World Cinema Dramatic category, becoming the first film in the history of the Sundance Film Festival to do so.
In 2008 she was awarded the Dean's Fellowship at the Film Graduate Program at Tisch School of the Arts - NYU. Born on 11.October 1961 in Mitrovica, Kosovo. During his High School days he played a guitar in a local R&R alternative band - named "The Puppies". Always wanted to be a writer or an actor, he studied Machinery in Belgrade Technic University. Leaving that studies in 1982, he reached his temper being received by Belgrade Film Academy in the fall of the same year. Since 1983, he worked mostly as an editor, and also as an actor and director assistant. In 1986 he received "Golden Medal for Best Editing" on Belgrade Short Film And Documentary festival for the short film Dying Woods. In 1989 he was acknowledged as an Editor of The Year on Pula Film Festival, where he received "Golden Arena for Best Editing" for the feature The Fall Of Rock And Roll. In 1992, love affairs and the braking Civil War in ex Yugoslavia made him settle to Istanbul, Turkey, where he continued his work. In 1996 he was acclaimed as an Editor of the Year on Antalya Film Festival, and received "Golden Oragne for Best Editing" for the feature "Tabutta Rovesata" (Somersault in The Coffin). Also worked as an actor in several commercials, among which "The Founding" -commercial that celebrates establishing of the First Turkish Business Bank. Vedat Xhymshiti is a war correspondent and journalist with frontline experience of the Syrian civil war. His sublime work and imagery has been published in Der Spiegel, Die Welt, New York Times and Le Monde ect. As a filmmaker for AP London bureau News Television, Xhymshiti recorded the frontline battles between the Syrian government forces and the rebels in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo. He is able to speak and write Albanian and English fluently and has a good command of Serbian, French, German and Arabic.

Driton Llapi was born in Istog, Kosovo in 1980 and moved to Norway when he was 10 years old. He discovered acting by chance when he was cast in the short film Dino (2010) because of his bad-guy looks and mannerisms.
Tony continued acting in a few comedic skits and commercials, but didn't really get to prove his talent until he was cast by Frode Graadahl in Sjelens speil (2015). He impressed greatly with his skills as an improviser, completely surprising the professional actors he worked with. Driton realized he had an undiscovered talent, and aims to become a full-time actor.
Tony was cast in a small part in the movie Fanget summer of 2015. Fatos Berisha (Director / Scriptwriter / Actor) - Bio Fatos Berisha is a film, television and theatre director educated in Faculty of Arts is University of Prishtina, Kosovo, where he also got an MA on Directing. He's also an attendee of various professional courses in London, including the Royal Court Theatre's course for Directors held in 2000, and National School for Film and Television, UK 2002. Mr.Berisha has worked on many projects in theatre, television and film, including directing of 260 episodes of a very famous Kosovar TV series "Familja Moderne" broadcast in public television of Kosovo (RTK). The TV series "Familja Moderne" was one of the most famous and adored TV series in Kosovo and wide Kosovan Diaspora (Switzerland, Germany, Norway etc.) during the period 2002-2009. Also, directed a 60 min film for television titled 'Blood pressure' (for public service broadcaster RTK) and many music videos and television commercials. Also, directed 8 episodes of court drama TV series 'Inside Justice' for Croatian production company 'Mainframe'. During the Kosovo war, as refugee in Macedonia, he co-founded 'Dodona Theatre in Exile' and directed a play for children with guest star Oscar winner Vanessa Redgrave. That play was performed for Kosovar children at refugee camps in Macedonia. He's also co-founder of theatre company 'Urban Theatre of Prishtina'. His theatre production includes Arel Dorfman's "Death and the Maiden" has won several awards through Balkans festivals and a very successful production of "Shopping and Fucking" by Mark Ravenhill in 2015. Also just fresh out of production is "#2015" which premiered in December 2015, is a play based on Keneth Lonergan's "This is our youth". All three plays were directed by Fatos Berisha He has also managed various marketing and political communication campaigns as the creative director. Also worked as script consultant for TV series 'Kafeneja jone' (8th season) production of CMB for public service broadcaster RTK. He is co-founder of Prishtina International Film Festival. Within the festival he holds two positions - Artistic Director and Head of PriFORUM - the Regional Platform of film industry events within the festival. He was Director of Kosovo Cinematography Center from 2011-2013. This is the time when Kosovo Cinematography Center opened up for the first time to international markets and festivals taking part and promoting Kosovan films and filmmakers in Berlinale, Cannes, and also opening opportunities for minority co-production. She's worked on a number of shorts and feature films, which have participated in many International Festivals, such as: Sundance Film Festival, Oberhausen International Short Film Festival, Bradford Film Festival, etc., winning prizes in a number of them. Kaltrina Krasniqi was born in 1981 in Prishtina, Kosovo, Yugoslavia [now Kosovo]. Kaltrina is an editor and director, known for Vera Dreams of the Sea (2021), Kanarinët e Dinë (2014) and Sex (2013).- Shefki Kuqi is a Finnish footballer of Kosovar Albanian origin. Kuqi has played several English clubs; Stockport County, Sheffield Wednesday, Ipswich Town and Blackburn Rovers after leaving Finnish league behind in 2000. Currently he plays for Crystal Palace FC.

- Tringa Rexhepi is a professional actor, singer, songwriter based out of Toronto, Canada. Rexhepi immigrated to Nova Scotia, Canada in 1999 with her family from war-torn Kosovo as refugees. She graduated with a full scholarship from Sheridan College's prestigious Music Theatre Performance program and the CAP21 Professional Program in New York City. Tringa has performed on international stages as a solo pop artist and across Canada including Toronto's Scotiabank Theatre, Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre, CAA Theatre, Segal Centre, and more.
- Vjosa Berisha has over 20 years' experience in public relations, media and film industry. She created B2 together with her partner, a public relations, film and creative industries company (2003) with offices in Kosovo and Albania.
Berisha is also co-founder (2008) and has been managing Prishtina International Film Festival - PriFest since the beginning taking on the role of the Festival Director while ambitiously growing the festival for 11 years to become one of the most important film industry events in Kosovo, frequented by many filmmakers from the region, Europe and a number of world acclaimed film personalities from United States of America and United Kingdom. The festival has European, Balkan, Medium-length and Documentary programs in competition, and also runs a regional film industry platform PriFORUM which gathers and offers great opportunity to young filmmakers from the region to advance their projects and network with many experts, film industry professionals and guests from Europe. PriFest happens annually in July in capital of Kosovo, Pristina.
In 2015 Berisha took the course of EAVE Producers Workshop, becoming part of this big network of producers from Europe and world, as a graduate on EAVE Generation 2015. She produced two feature films to date, her first feature film as a producer - "The Flying Circus" (2019) with scriptwriter and director Fatos Berisha and co-produced the Macedonian feature film "The Happiness effect" (2019) with director Borjan Zafirovski. She worked in many other video and television projects including producer of famous children program "Sesame Street Workshop" (produced 42 inserts of "3-minute long" segments in Albanian and Serbian for Kosovan audience broadcast in public television RTK during 2002-2004).
Vjosa Berisha is a member of European Film Academy since 2013, and her educational background consists of a Master of Arts degree in Media and Communication from University of Westminster, London UK and a Postgraduate Diploma on Contemporary Diplomacy from University of Malta, in Malta. In her country Kosovo, she is a strong voice in promoting LGBTI rights through PriFest's Let it Be program which she created in 2014 and curates it in partnership with Outfest LA and Queer and Migration IFF Amsterdam. - Noli McCool was born on 11 June 1984 in Gjakove, Kosovo. - Adem Mikullovci (born in Vushtrri, Kosovo) is an Albanian actor and politician. As an actor, he participated in the constellation of the actors of the former People's Provincial Theater of Kosovo (now Kosovo National Theater). After dropping out of studies at the Academy of Theater and Film in Belgrade in 1968, he returned to Pristina and started working at the theater. From that year 1968 up to 1990, he played 45 main and 70 supporting roles in plays in Albanian language, such as Waiting For Godot (1977), I'm Going To Hunt, The Man Who Saw His Death, Love, The Straw Hotel, End Of The World, Fly In The Ear, and Ervehe. Mikullovci was also the producer of several theatrical plays, including After Death (Cajupi), The Age of Whiteness (D. Agolli), Dan The Devil, Angel Of The Station, The Bed, and The Listener; a stand-up comedy "Përgjuesi" produced in 2011.
In 1990 he was among the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly who promulgated the Constitutional Declaration of 2 July.
Mikullovci re-entered into politics when he joined Vetëvendosje in May 2017, a party he had been a long time supporter of. In the 2017 Kosovan parliamentary election, he won a seat in parliament. As the oldest person in parliament, he acted as the chairman of the assembly between June to September 2017 until full-time candidate Kadri Veseli was re-elected by parliament. - Elyesa Bazna was born on 28 July 1904 in Pristina, Kosovo, Yugoslavia. Faton Tony Millanaj, Raised in Boston Massachusetts begun his film career appearing in a small part for an indie film directed by one of his good friends Marcus Jimenez, he landed his first lead role in two minute horror short titled "Doe" and another short film titled "Freedom which he collaborated again with Marcus Jimenez". Arben Zharku is a Producer and Managing Partner at Revolver Amsterdam. Prior to this, he served as President and CEO of the Kosovo Film Fund 'QKK' (2011-2021). He also served as Manager at the Multimedia Center and Director of the SKENA UP Int. Film Festival (2003-2013).
