- Betty Hall studied theatre under Maude Adams at Stephens College and at the University of Missouri, where she was discovered by a "Warner Bros." talent scout in her performance in ''The Man Who Came to Dinner".
She was offered a screen test and was signed as a ''Goldwyn Girl", appearing in several movies. She also modeled professionally in Hollywood and New York.
In 1949, she married Jerry Seelen, a Hollywood writer for Milton Berle, Danny Thomas and other notable stars of the era.
In 1958, she married Edward Condon (1914-1999), CEO with "Associated Dry Goods". They resided in Cincinnati, Buffalo and Baltimore until retiring to Los Angeles in 1981.
