I actually quite liked this
Not nearly as bad as many reviewers are making out. There is nothing remotely original in it, but then that's true of many films. I'm not sure if this was intended, but it was quite a successful comedy. It reminded me of the original Piranha - impossible not to laugh at the unfolding tragedy, made easier to watch as most the characters are seriously dislikeable, so watching them get devoured one by one becomes quite amusing. The acting was quite good, the plot a bit shaky, and the special effects passable without being great. There could have been more suspense and more in your face shock moments, but overall not nearly as bad as many reviewers are making out (in my view).
