A Ghost Story (2017)

A Beautiful Film on the subject Life/Death

A Ghost Story is a beautiful and moving art film about the feeling of loss and the theme of dying. The film expresses this amazing theme, by expressing what people go through when they loose somebody and about how dying is a sad, yet a natural part of life. The film also includes amazing factors such as great directing skills, a talented cast, and beautiful shots. The thing about these factors is that the film uses them to give the message about loss/dying to the audience, but the fascinating thing about these factors is that the film doesn't heavily rely on one specific factor to fully deliver the message to the audience, because the film fully delivers the message on its own using all of these factors without relying on just one specific factor. The film was an overall great creation and I recommend everyone to see it due to its subject matter of life/death. I am also warning that the film does require some patience to watch it as shots could be long and slow, but don't let impatience ruin your time, as the film's message is just beautiful, and due to the fact that it is extremely well executed.

Collateral (2004)

One of the coolest thrillers of this century

Collateral is an interesting, smart, and engaging thriller that won't bored audiences with repetitive action clichés or styles, as it is almost its own genre. The movie executes as a smart action film by using an original story with no plot holes that ruin or confuse your point of view of the movie. With not only a great and original story, it also includes other factors that make this film so entertaining such as an amazing cast, with above-average performances from Jaime Foxx and Mark Ruffalo. The film also includes great cinematography and sound editing, that make it more than just a fun film to watch. The reason why this film executes so well as an original film is because of Michael Mahn's directing skills as well as the story acting like other original movies such as Terminator while not entirely using all sources from them.

Dunkirk (2017)

Another hit from Nolan!

Dunkirk is one of the most war movies audiences have seen in a long time, it would be considered up to the level of Saving Private Ryan. It is also probably the best WW1 movie ever, Nolan makes that possible because of how he puts in a fair amount of character development that not too much or too little interferes in with the whole situation of the film. Along with the film being a new style of a war movie that it combines features from other genres. This certain style is separating three different scenarios all having to do with Dunkirk. Nolan did a great job not giving this away in the trailers, so it is expected to surprise audiences. Along with doing a good job of transitioning through all the scenarios. Another factor this movie possessed that I enjoyed and appreciated, was that it didn't need to include grisly violence in order to maintain a title as a realistic war movie, as Nolan includes little to no blood at all and shows how the true horrors of war can be displayed without loads of graphic violence/images such as Saving Private Ryan or Hacksaw Ridge. This was an overall amazing movie with great sound editing, special effects, and Nolan's superb directing skills.

Looper (2012)

One of the best Sci-Fi thrillers I have seen in a while!

If you have seen the trailers and were a bit skeptical about the movie like me, you are probably still considering this movie. Then I realized how wrong I was when I decided to watch it after 5 years of considering it. This is one of the best Sci-fi thrillers I have ever seen! It is not much of a cliché, the acting is great, and it is an overall interesting and intelligent movie and really does leave you thinking after you watch it. One of the great things about this movie is that it is like Terminator or Robocop and what is so great about that is that it doesn't need a cyborg or lots of cool, intense sequences to make it a classic. Another great perk for this factor about the movie is that if you are not a fan of Sci-Fi films is that you will still enjoy it because of the film's amazing plot and character development. The biggest thing of all that made me want to rate this movie a 10 is because it is a movie like Pulp Fiction, where you can watch it as many times as you want and not know what comes next. I really hope you give this movie a chance because it is a bit underrated and not rally praised as much as it should be.

Dear Lord I hate this show sooooooooooooo much. It is so annoying and disturbing. My son cries every time he sees this show. I have to tell him every night that there is no teletubbie in his closet. Almost every night my son screams teletubbies!teletubies!. And I race to his room and I see him with a baseball bat running around screaming the teletubbies are coming the teletubbies are coming! And note that my son is 17.So thank you teletubbies for ruining my sons childhood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sin City (2005)

One of the best comic book movies ever!

If you've seen Sin City you know it is pretty awesome! But the people who haven't seen it. SEE IT NOW!!!! The movie Is a real enjoyable ride. It has so many surprising moments, the three stories are very well done, and it is just like watching a real life comic book! If you love other Tarantino/Rodriguez movies.Then your in for a treat. ( if your a huge Tarantino fan don't get to excited if you think that he directed and wrote it he just directs a small part.)But if your a huge Rodriguez fan and if you loved 300. Or if you loved the Sin City books. Then this is the movie for you!!!!!!!! Remember to read my other reviews on IMDb. Thanks for reading my review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
