This is awful! Don't even bother with it! I recorded it because I really love Charlie's Angels and I wanted to see what this show was like, but I can tell you now I was incredibly disappointed. The program was completely ridiculous and just... rubbish. I played the first five minutes, got bored and fed up and turned it off. From what I saw, it wasn't worth those five minutes, so I'm warning you, it isn't worth yours. It seemed as though the story had no initial goal, it was all about the 'sex' and the girls showing a little bit of 'thigh' etc that kind of thing. The show really made me feel sick to the stomach at how completely pathetic and unworthy of being an actual TV show this is. Maybe I should have watched half an hour, or the complete first episode, but it just seemed too ridiculous. This is a show to avoid. And that's a harsh statement coming from me.

OK, so... I decided to watch this because I absolutely LOVE the British version, and it was starting again in February so I wanted to see what the American version was like. Also, I love Sam Witwer. Anyway! That's all completely irrelevant to this review. What Syfy have done with this TV series is actually quite good! It doesn't quite get 8 stars, mainly because they haven't developed the character's that well and the acting isn't all too convincing on 'Sally's' part. They basically mixed series 1-3 of UK Being Human and created a mixed up first series full of events. You get Josh telling his family about being a werewolf (in the UK version), you get Aidan meeting an old lover and being very distressed about her cancer (in the UK version) and you also get Bernie the kid who befriends Aidan. This show does have a lot of things in common with the UK version, but it also puts its own twists on it. For example, at the end of UK Being Human, George rips Herrick to shreds after tricking him to meet him in the hospital cellar. This happens in the US version but with a twist. You have Aidan (Tactically named after Aidan Turner who plays Mitchell), Josh (George), Sally (Annie) all living in one big house and they stretch out and simplify each story line featured in the original. It is also quite entertaining and they develop some of the things from the UK version that were only in it for a matter of minutes or a few episodes that actually took quite a while to get to the point. So, US Being Human... You are two stars away from being as good as the UK version to me! With a bit more development and acting improvements, I'm sure it'll be great!

Dear god, i would love to give this game a brilliant 10 out of 10... It would deserve it too if it had had the decency to actually last longer than a few hours game play. The story wasn't anything special, and the ending didn't really tell you either. At least, the light side ending doesn't tell you whether or not Starkiller is truly a clone. Not too sure about the dark side ending, but really? REALLY? The first game was absolutely amazing and incredibly... BRILLIANT! It took me a week to complete it and this game was disappointingly not so satisfying. It took me 4 days (technically 3 because i had a break) and so... 3 days x 2 hours of game play is possibly the shortest game ever. About 6 hours maybe. I don't know. Just, the animation is MUCH better, which is a definite 9/10 from me. The story was meaningless and completely unnecessary and overly disappointing: 7/10 from me. Gameplay was slightly improved, and i loved the force charge that let you unleash your total power and burn your enemies to shreds. But there wasn't that much difference. 7/10. Oh and as for cut scenes... 6/10. The ending is one of the most incomplete and abrupt endings ever, so don't be expecting anything amazing. Maybe rent it from a store.

I am really enjoying this game, as I expected I would, but it doesn't come without it's annoying moments. That means it doesn't quite get 10 stars. The reason for this is that occasionally, after being in combat, your main character simply will not move, no matter how many times you press the 'up,left,right,down' keys on the keyboard. It's an annoying issue that many people suffer from with this game, and the only solution is to either keep switching between available characters for a while instead of using the character that refuses to move, saving and quitting and then loading the game to get around the issue or clicking your way through the environment with your mouse. Other than that though, so far it has been a simply brilliant experience! You will not regret buying this game, the movement issue becomes such a small one when you realise just how beautiful and amazing this game is. The graphics aren't amazing, but they are still pretty good for the time it was made. The story is gripping and I find myself playing it for far longer than I originally anticipated. I also get stuck, and I still am. But I'm hoping I can defeat these strange creatures in the Taris sewers and save this wookie (angrily breathes but stays calm because any anger = path to the dark side). It truly is remarkable. You simply have to buy it!
EDIT: OK! So... finished the game and... well... IT'S BRILLIANT! Do not hesitate when buying it, if you can get past the errors and stuff then it's definitely a game worth playing. The graphics and story are amazing! It's incredibly gripping and my previous rating of '9' had to be changed to '10'! Loved it!

I haven't read the books, but this was certainly a pleasure to watch. The story was great for kids, and even adults and teenagers will have a laugh at the more sly yet subtle jokes that manage to make it even great than it is. There could have been a bit more content, and it did feel slightly rushed, but i think that this TV film really was something that I'd recommend to watch with family. Robert Sheehan, Christopher Eccelston and Stephen Fry all brought laughter to 'The Borrowers' and the cast couldn't have been any better. It was certainly great to see Robert's 'Misfits' type of character be involved in this, only less crude. The special effects are incredibly clever and well placed, the story is easy to understand and is quite simple and it's just a great watch! A must see TV film!

I seriously cannot stand it when reviewers comment on how childish the new trilogy is, the original trilogy was rated a 'U', as in 'viewable for all'. They were never intended to be as gruesome as the 'Alien' films or as dark and twisty as 'Terminator'. Star wars has always been aimed at the younger audience, with a number of adults enjoying it too because it's not so complicated.
Attack of the Clones is rated '12', and that does fit. The cast are actually relatively good actors, and i see no need to hate them so much. Hayden makes such a great portrayal of 'Anakin' as he himself can appear as quite dark and troubled, and so he fits the 'Darth Vader' thing perfectly well. The story isn't much of a wow factor in this film, but we're still presented with the epic fight scenes between opposing alien groups and the film is packed with dumb Droids that can be easily swiped down by a light saber. This film, along with the other criticised prequels, is getting too much hate. Some people are just forgetting that they are 'prequels' for a reason. They're not meant to be like the others. This film is somewhat a lot more dark and the CGI is actually quite good. Does it really matter that much that a lot of this film is animated? Look at what Avatar accomplished, the CGI in that film was incredible and it received a lot of both negative and positive reviews. Everything has it's downsides, so this film is really good! You should watch it, it's gripping, action packed, full of light sabers and jedis, everything a Star Wars film should be!

I was looking forward to this movie after i was incredibly disappointed with New Moon and Eclipse, but this one didn't really live up to my expectations. Yes, they followed the book, but it dragged and dragged and I seriously felt like sleeping. The book is much better, and what made this film quite bad compared to the others was that the acting has suddenly got SO MUCH worse. It's like they can't be bothered anymore. I wouldn't bother seeing it if you have high expectations of it, but if you read the books and watch the films and you're not crazy and obsessive, then you may want to watch it (if you don't mind bad acting too). The best actors were probably the minor ones - Billy Burke, Kellan Lutz and Nikki Reed. That's just my opinion. A lot of it is just kissing, hugging, sex, talking, more talking and a lot more boring bits that you feel as though you have to sit through out of the desire to see Bella have a half vamp baby and the bit we've all been waiting for and knew would happen from the start. The special effects are OK, but this film was a bit bland for all it's hyped up to be. I do love the books, but if you hate the films, this one will make you want to scream.

The show started off quite simple and the story line was obviously just getting started, but after the first few episodes it's developed and now i can see that the show is going to get a lot better in time. I haven't read the books, but i know some things have changed (kind of like they did with The Vampire Diaries, making elena's character the opposite of who she is, bringing in new- non-existent character's and getting rid of some and changing loads of aspects of the story), but i can't help thinking they do this to make it more TV friendly. They do it to stretch it out and make it last longer, put their own twists and spins, making you're more eager to see the next episode to see if what you know should happen, does. I can say that The Secret Circle is a good show, it needs work, some of the actors aren't that great and are obviously just starting out. The thing that drew me to TSC was Phoebe Tonkins, the Australian actor from H2O: Just add water, and she is a brilliant part of the show. I love her character, she's full of surprises and she's a brilliant actor too. Cassie also shines a light on the show as well, i had seen her in 'life unexpected' and thought she was great in that. But anyway, the story line is developing so their's no point in shunning it until it's a good way into the series, and i just overall think it's pretty good.

I'm sorry, but compared to all the other American Pie films, this was the worse. I didn't even think there was another American Pie film actually, i was just casually surfing the net when i found there was another American Pie film that had been made, so yeah... i checked it out. Oh god. Don't even bother. It's shocking and it doesn't live up to the American Pie name, in fact, they may as well have just called it 'The Book Of Love' instead of shaming the American Pie franchise. For one, the actors couldn't even act. Just a group of young students wanting to get 'laid', much like the first film, except they have a book of 'love' this time that Eugene Levy's character wrote (the only character from the original films) and, might i add, his character was just a writer's attempt at making it like the other films. It wasn't original, it was cliché, and to be honest, incredibly crap and unrealistic. For one, Stifler is locked outside in the snow and get's HUMPED, and i mean it, humped by a moose! If that's not bad enough, the moose doesn't even look like a moose. It just looks like some cheap animation some kids made and added for an attempt at 'humour'. I admit, there were some funny points and it did make me laugh once or twice... but if anything, i wouldn't bother with this film. Don't even go near it, it will not live up to your expectations of American Pie. Shockingly awful.
