- There are prostitiutes in the game. No actual sex is seen but it referenced a lot.
- References to forced child prostitution.

Violence & Gore

- There is a lot of twisted violence with blood and gore. Although this is presented in a storybook style sometimes.
- Combat has you use weapons such as a knife, a mallet-like weapon called a Hobby Horse, a machine gun-like Pepper Grinder, and a grenade launcher-like Teapot Cannon to kill your enemies. Blood and gore happen a lot during combat, including blood splashing around the floor and decapitations.
- An anthropomorphic rabbit rafting with a young girl starts bleeding from his eye as his voice starts to become demonic. His head then explodes spraying a fountain of blood into the river killing the girl as hands start dragging her down. Even though this is a vision and is presented in a 2D style, it is very disturbing to watch.
- A Walrus interrupts a play and starts eating innocent creatures as he monologues about death. The creatures' blood is seen but it is in a different color. This is still a cringeworthy scene.
- A man is pushed in front of a train. No blood.
