The running joke of Walter having difficulty remembering Astrid's name is used again. This time he has given her name to a security guard as "Astro". The writers then add a new twist: under the influence of LSD, Walter *does* remember Astrid's name correctly.

The episode title is obviously a play on "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" by Philip K Dick.
When Walter uses his thumbprint to grant Peter access, he says "Ownership has its privileges." This is a take off of the old American Express tagline "Membership has its privileges."
