Sex & Nudity
- A kissing scene between enola and Tewkesbury
Violence & Gore
- William Lyon's death (Offscreen) can be startling as the camera pans towards his corpse (only with a small amount of blood from the cutlass wounds, it only looks like a scratch) which is on a chair.
- Grail is hooked in the crotch by a large hook and rope. He's hoisted up to the rafters of a building where he slams his head and then falls from height to the floor below, clearly dead from the impacts his head takes.
- There are a lot of brawls that Enola faces against Grail and his men, some can be a bit intense.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- All the offscreen deaths can be a bit startling for some people, as the camera reveals the corpses and occasionally the person mere moments before dying.
- There is the corpse of a mouse as well as flies because of the Phosphorus that has been killing people and animals (we only see the names of the people who died on a piece of paper, all offscreen deaths). It can be a bit shocking for viewers as Enola discovers the mouse and flies that have been killed by the Phosphorus.
