As for me, this movie primarily focuses on too many points at once and tries to deliver intertwined, but different ideas and at the same time keeps very small duration.
As a second point, besides too diverse set of ideas I would say that selected methods are not the best and are strongly based on associations kept in director's head which definitely may not be in the head of viewer.
One of the poorest parts is dialogues - they are disgusting and not work on expressing the main idea at all. Composition is pretty nice and original, but visual methods are mediocre.
As a result we have a picture with beautiful concept behind, but not enough concentrated on it - the first scene and the last one tell much more about what author wanted to say in comparison to the remaining part - I believe that it is fail.
