Night of the living dead landlord

Warning: Spoilers
"To Tell the Truth" opens with Mork convincing Mindy that it won't rain, so she walks in completely soaked, a little Orkan joke called 'splinking,' leading into a talk about lying and being honest. At the music store, the heartless and petty landlord (Logan Ramsey) has been trying to freeze out the McConnells by shutting off the heat, going so far as to have a construction crew work outside the entrance to keep customers away. While arguing back and forth with Mindy and about to evict a 90 year old 'deadbeat,' the grouch drops dead of a heart attack in the store, with Fred and company comforting the sobbing widow (Fay De Witt) by sharing little white lies about her 'wonderful' husband. Unaware of these, Mork figures everyone will be happy after he takes a billion-to-one shot by reviving the corpse, who has no memory of what happened, but cannot proceed with eviction once he busts himself up falling into his own plot hole. Mork again shares greetings with 'main munchkin' Eugene (Jeffrey Jacquet), who we learn is taking violin lessons, much to Cora's exasperation.
