When Crichton approaches the leader's tent, a native offers some sort of tribute to the leader. As the camera switches to a close up of the leader, the offering is still there, but as it switches back to the tribesman, its gone.
The edge of Crichton's false beard is quite obvious on his cheeks. Also, the beard continually changes from smooth to spiky.
Crichton's been stranded on the planet for the months. He's grown a beard but apparently the hair on his head never grew as he has the same hair style and length as in other episodes.
As Lishala explains the prophecy, she appears shot from behind and the words spoken do not match the face movements. (Namely: "...true Masata tonight, he will suffer a torturous death beyond any other.")
After Rygel has fallen off his chair, D'Argo walks off, leaving Rygel to call after him. As he does, the puppeteer's shoulder and part of his hand is visible in the screen's right.
At roughly 37:38 it shows a faraway shot of John walking through the crowd around the fire, you can see a second camera crew recording John walking in at the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
