Storyline
Did you know
- TriviaBuffy may have been killed after she was shot by Warren, as she flat-lined right before Dark Willow removed the bullet and sealed the wound. If so, this would have been her third death, following her respiratory failure in Prophecy Girl (1997) and her self-sacrifice in The Gift (2001).
However, it was already established that Willow could not raise someone from a "natural" death when she attempted to do so with Tara, whose death came from a gunshot in the exact same scene where Buffy got shot. Had Buffy been dead from her own gunshot wound, Willow's removing of the bullet and reviving her wouldn't have been possible any more than it was possible to resurrect Tara.
- GoofsBuffy mentions a couple of times that, "We don't kill humans." But, in season five's Spiral (2001) is when the Knights of Byzantium attack Buffy and friends on the bus, and she kills a number of them. They were humans.
- Quotes
Warren Meers: I did wrong! I see that now. I need, I need... jail! I need... But you, you don't want this. You're-You're not a bad person, not like me.
Buffy Summers: [approaching from a distance] Willow!
Warren Meers: Oh, and when you get caught, you'll lose them, too. Your friends... You don't want that. I know you're in pain, but...
Willow Rosenberg: Bored now.
[with a hand gesture, she flays Warren alive]
- Alternate versionsSky One, the British subscription channel, cut the "Previously on Buffy" recap to reflect the previous cuts on "Seeing Red". They then cut the scene where Willow grabs the Warrenbot and squeezes until its eyeball falls out and it falls to the ground. The Sky version had Willow touching Warren and then he just falls to the ground, with no indication that it is a robot until Willow says so. They cut the scene where Willow peels all of Warren's skin off.
